Presence of New Souls

<POV: Wylda>

I awake to see Neo on my arm. I manage to free myself, and do the usual of rolling onto the floor, then getting ready. Whenever Neo and Jack are up, we head downstairs so that we can board a bullhead to vale. However, when we reach the courtyard, I notice a strange mist. The same mist that brought us here. I hold Neo back, and signal for Jack to stop advancing. He does so, and the mist just drops two Spartans onto the ground. One appears to have a gold and white armor, with two forerunner hounds of the same coloration next to it. The other appears to have green and purple colored armor, with what appears to be Grimm tendrils and limbs. However, I can ensure that it's not.

"These two... Why does that entity have to drop only the strangest Spartans on us?"

I pick them up, and send Jack to vale. Neo follows me back to the room, and I set the two new Spartans in beds. I sit down, and turn on the TV as Neo sits next to me.

<Timeskip, two hours>

Jack grabs us a bucket of popcorn as I pop in the movie. Whenever he comes back, he snickers, before sitting back down. I look to Neo, and try to notice anything. Nope. I look to my other side, and notice Veerien, the spartan with the tendrils, also leaning on me. She appears to be watching the movie, so I let her stay. We sit there for the movie, and when it's over, I stand up.

"Ok Veerien, time to get off of me."

Veerien: "W-wha? Oh, hi."

The anime speech synthesizer fills the room a bit too loud, scaring Veerien, and scaring Audilo awake. As Audilo calms down, I hear the beeps of Veeriens audio mixer turning the volume down.

Audilo: "Veerien, you know you should always check the volume first. Are the hounds ok? Hopefully the frequencies didn't fry them again."

"Wait, yall know eachother?"

Audilo: "Yeah. After Nobles team went MIA and team Osiris was releaved of their duties, they paired us together since there was noone else for us to go with. Speaking of, where exactly are we?"

"A planet called Remnant. I've just sent a file with info about this planet. By the way, Veerien, do you have a way to hide the malice tendrils? They look a little too close to the main death cause here."

Veerien: "No. Should I be hiding? I can't make them dissapear."

"No, we'll just have to introduce you last. Audilo, those hounds on yet?"

Audilo: "Yep. H1 and H2 are online."

"Good. Let's go make a good first impression, then bring in Veerien."

We head to team RWBYs dorm, and knock on the door. Ruby opens the door, dressed in PJs.

"Can we come in? We have some new Spartans to introduce."

Ruby: "Sure! Come on in!"

We enter, and one of Audilos hounds are immediately held captive by Ruby.

Ruby: "OMIGOSHYOURSOCUTELILROBODOGGO-"

Yang grabs Ruby, and forces her to let go. The hound goes back to Audilo, and stands.

"This is Audilo. Audilo, this is team RWBY, consisting of Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang. Actually, where is Blake?"

Yang points to the beds, and I notice that Blake has perched herself up there, avoiding the hounds. However, one of the hounds attempts to run up to her in order to scan her, seeing as she's a non-human. She keeps jumping from bedframe to bedframe, trying to avoid it.

"We also have someone else to introduce, but yall gotta promise not to panic."

Ruby: "Hmm? Why?"

"You'll see... alright Veerien, come on in."

Veerien walks in, and everyone had mixed reactions. Yang seems to not care about the tendrils. Ruby is in awe, while Blake just gives a thumbs up, still trying to escape the hound. Weiss has a slight look of worry, but it doesn't look like anything past that.

"This is Veerien. They are a Spartan, they just aren't a Human. Or a Grimm."

Audilo and Veerien hung out with them for a while, with Blake eventually being caught mid-air by the hound. Eventually, they come back and decide to take a trip into town. I go with them, just incase. Neo follows along, because she wants to, and Jack stays at the dorm. We head out and get Audilo some casual clothing, and we get some more snacks. Veerien played at an arcade a bit, with Neo also playing, while Audilo and I sit and watch. Eventually, we get back to Beacon, and head to bed.

<POV: Seirt>

I awake to see that I'm falling through a strange white mist. When I come back out, I drop to the floor in my armor, and look around.

???: "Who dares to intrude upon my castle?!"

I look up to see a tall, pale women on a throne.

"Spartan 626, Seirt, ma'am."

???: "A Spartan? Here? Interesting..."

"Do you know the location of other Spartans..? If you do, then I'll have to ask for their locations. I've been getting rid of Spartans for some years now."

???: "A Spartan killer no less... You. You shall become my pawn, and in turn, be granted strength and power beyond your imagination. You will be able to kill every Spartan that drops into this realm."

"..."

I mean, I don't really have another choice here, do I? Well, atleast I'll be able to finish my mission quicker.

"Very well. I accept."

The very moment I say that, a pool of a dark, bloodlike substance drops onto me. My armor morphs, and I can feel the power. Not just that, but the strangers control over this... substance... it... it's too... strong... I don't think I'll... make it out of this... with my... consciousness.

<Third Person>

The newly taken Grimm Spartan stands from their kneel. They nod to the pale queen, and leave the room. As they leave the castle, the camera zooms in on their chest armor piece,to reveal the symbol of a queen in chess. Everything fades to black.
