Sakshi was sitting on the floor in the corner of the bed and side table in fetal position covering her head down between her knees.

"yeh sab meri wajah se ho raha hai..!! sirf meri wajah se..!! Aaj ke baad sab mujhse nafrat kerne lagenge!! Ka-Kartik bhi mujhse nafrat karne lagega..mai-mai Kartik ki nafrat nahi jhel paungi! Mai-mai Ka-Kartik Kartik se pyaar karne lagi hu..!! I Love Him..!! I LOVE YOU KARTIK!!". She screamed her heart out crying finally accepting her Love for Kartik coming out from her denial with full of guilt in her eyes which had killed her from inside.

Neha who was standing near the door and watching all this aches her from core of her Heart. Tears escaped from her eyes trying to gulp up the Bitter Truth of her Life but also confused as Sakshi never behaved like this before as long as she knows her.

"Mata Rani!mene kabhi aapse kuch nahi manga..!! Kabhi apni Life se complain nahi ki, sivai ek 'meri maa' par abh voh bhi mujhe mil gayi hai..!! Sirf Ishqi ke wajah se, mana ki mai aapko nahi mannta hu sirf dadi ki khushi ke liye mai mandir jata tha aur kuch nahi!! Pa-par Ish-Ishqi toh aap-aapko bohot manti hai na..!! Ishqi hi wajah hai ki mai apni behen ko aakhon ke samne khush dekh pa raha hu.! Ishqi hi wajah hai jisne mujhe Pyaar karna sikhaya! Ishqi hi wajah hai jisne mujhe aur Sonu ko hamari Maa se milaya, chahe usne dukh hi kyu na jhela ho!! Ishqi hi wajah hai jisne mujhe aur mere parivaar ko ek karke rakha hai..,! Aur abh aap vahi wajah ko mujhse chinne mai tuli hui hai.!,! Mana galti meri hai par aap kyu haar baar meri galti ki saza Ishqi ko de deti hai...!! Kyu usse Iss sare dukh - dard mai aur dalte hai..!! mene aaj tak apne Parivaar aur Pyaar ke alava kisi ke aaje nahi jhuka! Par aaj mai aapke aage jhuk raha hu, haath jood kar gir kar binnti karta hu..!! Meri uss wajah ko kuch mat hone dijiyega! Ma-mai nahi rhe sakta Ishqi ke bina, Pyaar karta hu mai uuse! Haad se zyada Pyaar karta hu..!! Nahi dekh sakta mai uuse is halat mai.!! Nahi dekh sakta mai!!" Ahaan who never believed in God till now but his Love made him to believe, his Love made him to realise that God is also there in front of whom the whole universe has to bow down no matter how wealthy and respected person you are.

He cried in front of the Gods idol praying for his Love who was fighting for her death and life inside the OT room since more than an hour. Savitri came to him and kept her hand on his shoulder, Ahaan looked at her getting up and immediately cried his heart out in his mothers embrace.

"Maa Ishqi thik toh ho jayegi na!?" Ahaan seemed behaving childish wanting for his favourite toffee which was snatched away by someone, but in this case it was his Love, his Ishqi, his Wife, his Strength indeed his Whole World and Life!

"Mata Rani pe bharosa rakh beta sab thik ho jayega!" Savitri said making him calm down having tears in her eyes too.

Screen freezes on Ahaan crying - and Ishqi laying half dead on hospital bed with oxygen mask on her fully blooded face.
