Her loud fearful scream was enough for Ahaan to skip a beat of his heart. Not wasting another second he ran up to the terrace followed by others, found Neha standing near the door just entered before him and Sakshi sitting little further on her knees both numb looking straight at the edge of the terrace ending, but didn't find Ishqi anywhere. He took some steps forward walking towards the direction where both Neha and Sakshi were seeing shooking his thoughts which was going on in his head, praying it's lie. On reaching at the end holding the railings he looked down.

It seemed like his world stopped after seeing His Life his Love lying lifelessly on ground on her stomach. He trembled first, when getting back to his scene he rushed down pushing all of them from his was with no emotions on his face followed by others. While Kartik sat down next to Sakshi as soon as she saw him she hugged and cried her heart out cried bitterly chanting sorry again and again with heart full of guilt, Neha was seeing all this from far standing near the door she was too hurt indeed very much. Gathering courage she wiped her tears and went to them, asked Kartik to go down and she'll handle Sakshi. But Sakshi wasn't ready to leave him she cried not wanting to leave him. After convincing Kartik rushed down leaving her to Sakshi, Neha too with Sakshi went downstairs.

Ahaan ran towards Ishqi sitting down on his knees and took her head on his lap which was full of blood whereas she was half conscious moaning in immense pain holding and cleaning her stomach half concious.

"KARTIKKK Kartik gadi nikal!! Jaldi!!" he shouted with no expression on his face only he could see was Ishqi and her half face with blood and her hands on her stomach.

O mmm..

She was layed on the stretcher moaning and arching her back breathing heavily continusly in pain looking at Ahaan half conscious with teary red eyes who was pushing the stretcher shouting and calling the doctor.

"kuch nahi hoga Ishqi tumhe!! U heard that! Don't close your eyes! Look at mee,!! Mujhe dekho,!! U'll be fine okkk,!! Kuch hone nahi dunga mai tumhe!!", She heard Ahaan's last sentence out of Fear of losing and Love for her. She closed her eyes taking last glimpses of him clenching her stomach and gave a faint smile to Ahaan for last before entering the OT room.

Haad se zyada Pyaar karta hu..!! Nahi dekh sakta mai uuse is halat mai.!! Nahi dekh sakta mai!!", Ahaan who never believed in God till now but his Love made him to believe, his Love made him to realise that God is also there in front of whom the whole universe has to bow down no matter how wealthy and respected person you are.
