Ishqi was still in the same position with Savitri holding her from shoulders when Ishqi slowly got unconscious in her arms Savitri didn't realise but, Kartik saw her, he walked towards her bending on his knees.

Kartik - (knelt down patting her cheeks) Bhabhi!? Bhabhi!? (then he remembered that from last night she didn't eat anything and today she didn't took her insulin shot) Oohh shit!! kal raat se bhabhi ne kuch nahi khaya aur aaj subah insulin shot bhi nahi liya!!..!

Savitri - (shock) kya!! Kal toh Ishqi bol rahi thi ki Ahaan ke sath khayegi!? aur abhi tu khe raha hai ki isne kuch nahi kaya.!!aur Ahaan apne aap ko room ke ander kyu band kiya..!? Kal raat ko indono ke bich kya hua tha.!? (she asked in concern)

Kartik - (makes her calm) Taii ji plzz phir se nahi...!!abhi bhai aur bhabhi ko hamari zarurat hai...!! (To Rahul) Rahul tu doctor ko bula jaldi...!!

Rahul agreed and went to call another doctor. Soon doctor came took her to other ward examined her and gave her the glucose drip.

Dr. - kuch na khane se aur stress ki wajah se yeh behos ho gayi blood sugar level bhi kam hogaya tha......aur jese ki aapne kaha inhone apna insulin bhi nahi li...!! Abh ghabarne ki koi baat nahi hai....par phir bhi yeh sab lightly mat le jiyega agar aesa hi chalta raha toh kuch bhi ho sakta hai..!!anyways abhi inhe thodi der mai hosh aajayega.....

And he went from there.

Savitri - (in tensed) abhi bhi tu chup rahega ya kuch bolega bhiii!!mere dono bacho ki yeh halat kese hui.!!! mujhe toh kal se shak tha jab tum dono ghar laout kar aaye the...!!

Dadi - (holding Kartik's arms) Abh toh bata Kartik kya hua tha kal jo Ishqi aur Ahaan dono ki yeh halat hui haii

Chachi/Chacha ji - Kartik.....beta!! bata na....tu aur dara raha hai ham sabko....!

Till now Sonu and Raj also came there. Sonu cried looking both of them in this condition.

Sonu - (holding Kartik's arms) Kartik yeh sab kese hua....!!Yeh ho kya raha hai..... Bhai aur Bhabhi tuje sab kuch batate hai na....!!toh tuje kal kya hua tha yeh bhi pata hoga...!!bata na kya hua tha kal...!!

Kartik was getting fed up of their questioning session he blunt out frustratingly the whole truth of yesterdays incidents. All were in shock and now all had tears in their eyes, Savitri and Dadi were full numb hearing him, Dadi cursed herself for their condition while Savitri didn't said anything, she was too numb and cursing her misfortune.

Chachi - (crying) Toh tune ham sab ko kuch kyu nahi bataya....!!voh bhi itni badi baat!!

Kartik - (he too crying) kyuki bhabhi ne mana kiya thaa!!aap sab ko parishan nahi karna chahti thi...!!

They were in Ishqi's ward when one of the nurse came and informed them that Ahaan is stable and he got conscious.

Kartik - (wiping his tears) aaplog jaayiye mai Bhabhi ke sath rheta hu...!!

He ensured them and all went to see Ahaan. All were there in his room taking care and asking about his health, they didn't told him that they knew everything what happened yesterday. All this time Ahaan didn't utter a word, his eyes were only searching for Ishqi.
