4 hours had passed. I was getting more and more tired. I couldn't do this. I was sat in my bed tossing and turning in an attempt to get reasonably comfortable. I felt the mattress dip besides me. "Hey.. they need to check how far dilated you are.. is that okay?" Gabriel spoke in a soft tone knowing I was very anxious about these things.

I nodded my head after a moment and a nurse knelt at the end if the bed. I squeezed my eyes shut as they checked.

"Your 10cm dilated! You ready to become parents!?" My eyes shot open. Oh shit. Oh shit. Oh shit. Oh god. Oh no. I can't do this. I can't. I'm not doing it.

I began sobbing before I knew it. "BUT MY DAD AND BROTHERS ARENT HERE YET!!! WE'VE GOT TO WAIT!!!" I screamed.

Gabriel crouched down next to me. "Love.. she's ready to come out.. she's been in there for 9 whole months.. don't you think its Time we let her out.." he whispered, but t I only cried even more.

"I can't do it!" I screamed through tears. Gabriel pulled me closer and kissed my forehead. "You can. I know you can."

Before I knew it I was pushing a human out of my vagina.

I was struggling alot because of the epidural. I can't feel any of my bottom half. The Midwifes keep saying to just Imagine I'm pushing and it should work.

So that's what I was doing. Sat inbetween Gabriel's legs, while my own legs wide open. Trying to push a child out of me while everyone else, including my dad, brothers, nieces, nephews and sister in laws. Everyone was outside the door apart from the midwifes.

I could hear all the doctors, nurses and Midwifes in the room yelling at me to keep pushing. Then it all went dead silent. No screaming.. or crying.

I looked forward and saw a small baby on the mattress. "Wh-why isn't she crying?!" I yelled at them all in a panic.

"Uh were trying to work that out Ma'am" one spoke up. They picked her up and took her out of our sight. Thats when we heard someone say, 'she's choking. Hurry up.'

"GET HER TO FUCKING BREATHE!!!!" Gabriel suddenly screamed making me jump.
I began sobbing as he pulled me into a hug. That's when I heard it. The most beautiful sound - yet in the years to come I'd grow to hate it. She was crying.

I let out a sigh of relief as they brang her back over to me and placed her on my chest. My shaking hands held her closely as my husband placed a kiss on my temples.

"Oh my god.. she's perfect.." I whispered to him. He simply nodded his head. "Like her Mama" He chuckled while admiring the both of us.

We both just sat there in awe as the Midwifes cleaned up a bit. A few minutes passed by when..
"Miss, you'll need to get into the bath soon.. your covered in blood.. your husband could hold her while we get you cleaned"

I nodded my head while remaining where I am. I didn't want to let her go.

"Love.. I think you should listen to them? She'll be okay for 5 minutes..then you can have her back" Gabriel gave me a gentle nudge. I looked up at him and sighed. I hated when he was right.

One midwife took our little girl so Gabriel could help me get up. He helped me into the shower then went to grab our daughter.

He was being protective as always and didn't want me to be left with just the Midwifes so sat in the bathroom with me.

"What should we call her?" Gabriel looked up from her adorable face.

"Not sure.. maybe we should do a Christmas themed one since its Christmas.." I half joked, which obviously Gabriel didn't realise was a joke when he began listing names. Holly, Eve, Grace and many more but none stuck out.

"Yeah I'm out of christmas names... you like any of those?" I shook my head, no.

"Okay well then we'll find a name that can be Italian and english"
He gave me a soft smile while both of us thought. "Sofia" I suddenly blurted out. It worked for both languages. He looked down at our daughter. Then nodded his head.

"Yeah.. I like it.. she looks like a Sofia too.. what about middle name?" The boy smiled at me while gently rocking out daughter as I got out the shower.

"I was thinking, What about Francesca. After your mother. You lost so much at once.. we can name the next one after my mum" I teased while waiting for his answer. He went dead silent for a moment just staring at us. He looked like he was about to cry. His eyes welled up but he quickly tried to hide it.

I was now dressed so I began walking towards him. "Oh sweetie! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to make you upset..." I pulled him into a hug while being mindful that he was holding Sofia.

"We don't have to name her after your mum if you don't want too.." I placed a kiss on his cheek. He suddenly looked at me. "No, no I'd love too if you don't want to have Sofias middle name to be Anna, after your Mom.." I shook my head no. Sofia Anna Armani doesn't quite sound right.

So there we had it.. We both climbed back into our bed which had already had its sheets changed. I held my World in my arms. With my soulmate besides me. Now all I needed was my boys.

"Get the boys... they need to meet her first.. their practically siblings even if technically they are her uncles.." I instructed my husband while speaking in a soothing voice. He nodded and left the room.

It opened again a few seconds later, with our boys following my husband. Luca and Enzo both were admiring her already.

"Whats her name?" Enzo spoke while sitting on one side of me.

"This is Sofia Francesca Armani.."
I smiled at both of them, "who wants to hold her first?" Both jumped at the opportunity to hold her for the first time. Gabriel being Gabriel was already being protective of her, scared they'd drop her.

"Hold her head. Hold her head!!!- I am! Geez!" Gabriel began but was soon interrupted by his younger brother.

Luca remained silent the whole time. I nudged his chin to the side making him laugh softly. "You alright Bud?" He nodded his head while staring at her.

"Quick question.. are we her uncles or Brothers?.." Enzo chuckled while handing her back.

"Biologically her uncles but you can have her call you whatever you want. Uncle Enzo. Just, Enzo. Uncle Luca. Just, Luca. It's your choice."  I made sure Luca was ready before handing her to him.

"She's so cute.." he chuckled while stroking her cheek.
