Chapter thirteen

The chapter 13th friday, what an unlucky dou, anyway, enjoy~

~~Y/N Pov~~

Today is my birthday, well, it hasn't been a whole day, I have just turned 18 half an hour ago! Yes losers I am an official adult now😎😎 (sorry out of context anyway-)

I am waiting for Dream! He told me he is coming today, he promised he will since it's my birthday, and who knows, he is maybe gonna introduce me to his brother? His friends? I am very excited about what is he gonna do about my birthday

I am not waiting for him to do a big thing, to be honest, a small hug will be enough for me, I have never celebrated any of my birthdays so I don't really care

But still, I don't mind having extra fun with Dream, where is he anyway?

Lots of time passed but he didn't come yet, is he arguing with his brother again? Is he preparing for a party or something? I don't think he forgets about me, Dream will never do

Let's just wish he had something very important to do so he is not here yet

~~Time skip~~

I felt something a little bit sharp nudging my side which cause me to be startled awake, I saw a bird fly away from me, 'must be what I was sensing' I thought

Then it hit me that I fall asleep, and it's the sunrise now, AND DREAM HASN'T COME TODAY, I mean, if he did while I was asleep, he would write me a letter at least, right?

I felt very disappointed and upset that he didn't come, I even had the urge to cry but I don't have the tears too, I just feel my heart split into two pieces, it may seem like a small thing, but for me, it was betrayal, especially that he promised!

I sight but the lift was heavier than what a sight can remove, so I just gave up and decided to go back home and sleep inside instead of the roof, my parents will stay asleep until the afternoon so I may take more rest

~~The next day~~

I am in the class, waiting for Monika to come so I can ask her about Dream since she got his number, I waited for him today too, but he was missing again

Monika come and sat beside me, and quickly hugged me "I missed you, it has been a long 14 days!" She exclaimed

I hugged her back "yeah, agreed"

We talked about random things, mostly was her talking about her holiday and her vacation in another town with her relatives, she show me some cute pictures too

"Now enough talking about me" she put her phone aside on the desk "tell me about you and Dream, what happened in these 14 days between you two?" She said with a sly smirk

I blushed and messed with my hair nervously "I didn't see him only 2 times, so not a lot happened, he was supposed to come yesterday too" I sight "but he didn't"

"He didn't come to your date?" Monika rose a brow

"I-it's not a date, b-but no, he didn't come"

"That's not a thing Dream would do" she blinked then rest her back on the chair, then she pull back her phone and unlock it, she pressed on random buttons, then she stopped and blinked twice tilting her head
