Chapter Twenty

~~3rd person Pov~~

Ink entered the village looking around him meticulously, but there was no one around, no screams even though some buildings were on fire 'that's new' Ink thought

Nightmare never burned a thing in his previous attacks, this is the first time, Blue and Dream were standing beside him with shocked eyes

"Are we late?" Dream asked

"I don't know...let's separate and look around" Ink said, both of them nodded and each went in a way

Y/N followed their footsteps and reached the village, thanks for the snow...her pupils shrank at the sight of the village, lots of buildings were on fire, but no one was panicking, and there were no dust piles? Y/N was scared and started to regret her decision

She gasped once she heard footsteps, scared, she hid in the nearest building, luckily it was not on fire, the building she entered was grillby, there were no one there except for Grillby himself who was hiding under the bar, so Y/N didn't notice him and thought she was alone

She peeked from the window and saw a skeleton who looked like the others, but he was wearing a black turtle neck, blue jacket and some shorts, but what was more interesting is the target in front of his chest and his empty scary eyes that has black tears running down his cheeks, his crazy smile and the knife he was holding made him look even scarier, but what makes Y/N starts shaking is the bunny monster he was pulling behind him, it was still alive that they were struggling and Y/N was grateful she is not their place

Once she thought that this skeleton is the scariest creature she will ever see, another one jumped from the top of the building she was in, he was dark, very dark, she couldn't make it to his appearance since he was walking in the opposite direction of her, except for the tentacles on his back that were dripping a goopy substance, she couldn't see anything else, but that information was enough for her to recognize him "Nightmare" she mumbled

Suddenly, the goopy skeleton stopped halfway to his servant, he turned his head and stared at her with his one eye and creepy smile, Y/N immediately jumped behind pushing a table and few chairs to fall as she fall too, she covered her mouth with both of her hands fighting the urge to scream 'he knows I am here' she thought 'why didn't he kill me?' 'Is he going to?' 'Is he coming for me?' She panicked and couldn't think straight, she was never so scared her entire life 'Dream..' she thought wishing for him to appear as she started mentally crying

Once Nightmare saw that the stranger human wasn't starting from the window anymore, he mentally chuckled as he continued his way to Killer, now why wasn't he killing her? He was enjoying and feeding on her fear, it was making him stronger

"Hi boss did ya miss me?" Killer said balancing his knife on one finger as a flirt, maybe?

Nightmare groaned and decided to not answer, he looked at the scared bunny Killer was pulling, their fear was quite strong too, he smiled and looked back at Killer "they are here" he said "and they brought a guest too"

"A guest? Who is it?" Killer questioned as he held his knife properly

"An old friend" Nightmare answered

Blue was walking back to the village, but he noticed Killer and Nightmare chattering while they had an alive monster between their hands, Blue quickly hid behind a bush and turn the earphone Ink gave him before they come here on "Ink! Dream! Can you hear me?" He whispers yelled
