I slowly turn around, and there is the principal-I never really got to know his name- yelling my name. I got scared, and thought about running, but I decided it was better to stay instead of run. I walked up to him casually, and asked what I had done this time. "You made the B honor roll" said the principal. "I- I- I what?" I stuttered, trying to decide wether he was trying to be cruel, or if he was being serious. "Yes, you are one of the five select students who made such a 'prestigious' honor." He said that like it was no big deal, but to me, I couldn't have been happier. Without thinking, I ran over to Brianna, and wrapped my arms around her in the warmest embrace I have given anyone in years. To my surprise, she dropped her books, and hugged me back. I didn't know what was happening, so I pulled away quickly. Later that night, Brianna texted me "hey, I'm srry about embarrassing you, but I couldn't remember that my friends told me to pretend I didn't like you, when I love you like nothing else." I just gaped at these words. These words were so heart-felt, so amazingly nice that I couldn't think of anything or anyone else for the rest of the night.
