dr.linda is proud

  I started to walk to Linda's door I stopped as I was bout to open the door and started thinking 💭 what if she -💭 before I could think even more Linda opened the door " LEXI you came ! Yeah I did I said com on in  as I walked in her office always felt like a safe space to me maybe it was her or just the vibe but I kinda liked coming therapy it actually helps me....

Dr.Linda POV :  I opened the door to see Lexi who I thought wouldn't come like last month  but she did I was happy in fact  when I saw her I felt exited  I was about to ask Lexi how she was feeling when I noticed she got comfortable on the couch I missed see her she was a really good kid she just needed someone to talk to .

Lexi how was Last month I asked  Lexi : wdym ?  Well last month you didn't show up for any of your sessions so you need to tell me somethings that happened

schools been hard and i don't feel like talking to mom she's to busy all the time and  I don't have faith in anything anymore

Linda : what do you mean by that ?

I mean that I don't believe in -

Linda : Yourself ?

I don't know what I'm feeling and I'm not okay I'm drowning in my mental health and I can't help it I try to hide it but it's getting harder and harder every day I don't know what to do anymore and I ... 

you took a breath after saying that 

Linda : you don't what Lexi ?? come on it's good your telling me ur feelings that's what I'm here for tell me 

You continued :  and I think your right dr. .... I don't believe in myself

You noticed Linda smiling  you looked at her with a confused face  "why are you smiling " you asked  she took a breath and said

Linda :  nothing it was just bountiful how you opened up to me finally and let me in your feelings and I'm really happy to see you do this and im proud to say that Lexi your improving :)

you smiled at Linda it felt pretty nice to let that all out  you looked at the time and said " gotta go I'll be late  to  bens " Linda looked at you confused "  oh I forgot to tell you I made a new friend you said smiling. Linda looked at you and said " I'm proud of you Lexi ... and don't lose that smile of yours it's really pretty she said

As you walked out of her office you mumbled under your breath dr. Linda is proud of me smiling and you looked at the glass door leaving seeing your smile you mumbled under your breath " i always lose it "
