the first day of Summer break

its the first day of summer and I finally don't need to wake up early in the morning I was sitting at the couch in my house then I heard a knock i went to open the door it was Becky with a suit case " hii " I said come in " I can't my rides here I just wanted to say bye before I left ". I was surprised. "Your leaving " and we're and who will look after me and does my mom know about this " I said worried not about being alone just on how my mother would react but Becky told me yeah your mom knows and she's fine with it and I'm going on vacation with my friends we hugged and said bye to each other she was about to leave until I said " who will look after tho ? "
She looked back and said " your mom said Chloe will when she gets back from her break from work she said " right " I closed the door and went in my room and got on my phone looked through text messages and stuff then I came across a bunch of messages from " Lucifer" but I didn't answer him honestly I was ignoring him for like 2 months now I was mad at him he was the reason Chloe was taking a " break" I don't really know what happened between them but they got in a fight and Chloe and trixie are in Europe. I went to my playlist and listened to a bunch of songs and just stared at the wall as the song took me away slowly after that I had to get ready for dr.Linda we had a session

I arrived at the session and went in she was there already smiling at me and I smiled back and she said " u kept your smile "she said I " for once " slowly said

Skip forward into the session you told Linda how u were just planning on having a fun summer without your mom ruining it she was about to say something until

Someone kicks the door open and walk in with a bunch cuts on her face she was bleeding but she still looked okay but I had a feeling she wasn't......

Linda: maze you can't just come through the door like that and what happened are you okay ?

maze POV : I kicked the door open to Linda hoping I can talk to her as she would want me to talk about my feelings so I did go but I had to kick the door open and as I did Linda asked if I was okay and that I shouldn't just come in and she had someone with already I looked over at the couch it was a little girl she was just looking down at the floor avoiding eye contact

Lexi : I heard Linda say her name I almost screamed but I probably heard her name wrong so I kept it in and then I hear Linda say

MAZE plz go wait outside I still have a few minutes with Lexi

I tried to keep it in but I could " WAIT MAZE AS MAZIKEEN ??? ". The girl looked at me like I was insane she said "yes" Linda looked at me

uhm Lexi how do you- she was cut off by maze
Saying " so who are you ? " she asked me as she sat beside me I didn't know what to say I just said " well I really don't know... Linda looked at me knowing I was telling the truth

maze said " PERFECT " she said I was like what ?
Maze : well last time Linda told me I should make friends that have the same prob- as she was about to finish what she was saying Linda looked at her shouted at her " MAZE I I I don't think Lexi is the right friend for you I mean she's a kid and she doesn't understand her feelings yet and needs help plz don't make her do something that would get her in trouble her mom isn't the best "

Maze .... I said she looked at me I kinda got scared the voice in my head said " she's the demon from ur book u read " I quickly realized I zoned out before saying her name and immediately corrected myself
I meant MAZIKEEN not maze only your friends call you that
