you kept waiting for Lucifer to "prove" that his eyes were real and not contacts then after a few seconds you said " so? prove it your taking to long " He just kept staring at you " well I'm afraid I can't-" "of course you can't " I mumbled and left his car and went in my house as I was closing the door I waved bye 👋 to Lucifer I waited for him to wave back but all he did was smile and drove off.....

I woke up looked at my phone dang it I'm Gonna be late I thought but I was also confused why didn't Becky wake me up I got dressed brushed my teeth and started to run to catch the bus as I waited at the bus stop i realized a few minutes past by so I decided to walk but halfway my thoughts started to come 💭 what if Becky is in trouble what if she's sick what if something happened to her 💭 I looked at my phone it was 12 already So .. I started to run back and finally got to Becky's front door the door was open .. I started to get worried " BECKY ??? " I yelled " shh" I heard someone from the couch. " what are you doing here " I looked at him and then I asked almost yelling " WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE " as I looked at Lucifer " well if you really want to know I found her drunk walking down your street as I was driving away from ur house so I got her home safe " he said with a smirk on his face now You should tell me why YOUR here and why u not in school he said as if he was my dad I rolled my eyes and put my backpack down on the floor I looked at him and left him in the living room as I went to check on Becky in her room she was peacefully sleeping her hair was messed up her makeup smudged away and u could smell the alcohol on her you walked out of her room and went to the counter sitting on the stool chair and put my head down the counter " well I think you u need to explain why ur here at this lady's house " he said I looked up at him tired  as he was waiting for me to talk the voice in my head said " he slept with Becky " my eyes went wide and looked at Lucifer " YOU DID WHAT "  he looked at me confused 🤔 " wha- " I said " did you sleep with her "
"Of course not what in the world is your problem- IS THAT YOUR MOTHER ??" He asked with a worried face  " no that's my babysitter or nanny however you wanna call it " he looked at me and said " I'm sorry but isn't she suppose to look after you and I know for a fact that she isn't supposed to be drunk "

yeah I guess she isn't but oh well she's got her own life I said being used to Becky being Becky until my phone went off like crazy in my backpack I picked it up it was my mom " yes mom ? " she started screaming at me and why I'm not in school and that I didn't show up at dr. Linda's session and she started to well say things that I wish Lucifer didn't hear she was still screaming I said " mom claim down Im sure dr.Linda is fine with me being late and stop screaming please I'm gonna have a headache but she kept screaming she kept saying hurtful things that a parent should never say to their kid but I was used to it

my mom was still screaming through the phone and there was the thing she always says that hurts me the most " this is why your dad left "

as I hang the phone up Lucifer was still staring at me I got up and checked on Becky she was in the shower i went get my backpack and was trying to walk out then Lucifer finally spoke up " we're are you going darling " in a nice tone the voice in my had said " you wish your mom was this nice huh ? " I'm going to dr.Linda before my "sweet mother calls again"  you said sarcastically  Lucifer said " you want a ride ? I'm going there to he said  you looked surprise at him while saying "you go to therapy?"

as you and Lucifer were both in the waiting room he started " Lexi I'm really sorry about how your mother was talking to you on the phone you should know she probably didn't mean the things she said " "She did " you said to him she always does

Before he could say anything dr.Linda called me in
She closed the door and said

hi Lexi she said expecting you to smile at her like u always do "oh no you lost it " you looked at her confused  lost what ? U said she said your smile
You looked at Linda tears running down your face she pulled you in a hug  " oh sweetheart what happened " she asked you didn't say anything

* it's been a few minutes *
She tried to make you tell her what happened and why u were crying and in a sad mood after she finally asked " Lexi did Becky come with you maybe she can come and tell me instead and u looked at her u said " no " u said in a sad whisper "oh " okay well. Dr.Linda looked outside " oh Lucifer is here he doesn't have a session with me today though " she said mumbled

You looked at her and said
He gave me a ride here
Linda looked at you in shock OH
She said " we met at choles place " u said  Linda looked and said oh makes sense but does Lucifer know why ur sad ? U nodded and Linda opened the door and said " Lucifer could help ? "
Lucifer came in and saw me on the couch just sitting there

What do u need help with doctor he said

Linda : well she won't tell me why she's sad and she says u know why and maybe u could tell me why ?
Linda said smiling hoping he would say yes

Lucifer POV : I saw Lexi looking really sad and just broken how could her mother talk to her like that after hearing what Linda said I said "sure"

Lexi POV:  I heard Lucifer say sure to telling Linda what happened and after a few minutes he explained what happened I saw Linda looking at me in a sad 😔 and disappointment face for how my mother acted and I still had tears coming down my Face they wouldn't stop...

After a while me and Linda were talking and Lucifer was just sitting on the other side of the couch listening in and seeing how my mother broken me into a thousand pieces

Then Linda said : okay well thank you for coming Lexi and don't forget "don't lose it next time when u come keep it " you looked at her confused she said "your smile don't lose it " you said right trying to put a fake smile on as u we're trying more tears came and you broke down and then Lucifer pulled you in a hug I felt safe when he hugged me
But then the voice had the ruin it

" you wish your dad was this nice to you well  to bad He LEFT "
the word " Left " kept repeating in your head

the room was quit and you yelled  " SHUT UP " in a frustrated voice

Lucifer looked at you with a surprised face but confused and let go of the hug as u said that

Dr.Linda looked at you and slowly but softly said " Lexi did you run out? "

You immediately knew what she was talking about you nodded and she said " it's okay sweetie try ur best to ignore it "

Lucifer looked like this after dr.Linda said that

As I was walking out of the room Lucifer kept on looking at me " what ?" Nothing he said

As we got to his car we got in we see Linda running up to the car saying " WAIT wait " she gets to the car and give me a little bottle of pills it's to help the voices" Thx I said she went back to her office and then I looked at Lucifer " what" I said
He looked at you and yelled " VOICES ??"
