Today was a good day. After breakfast with la familia i went outside to see if anyone needed help. I'm not going to overwork myself of course! Everyone is more than happy even if I don't work at all for a day or two after everything that happened.
Anyway ,I was almost done and only had to put the bricks that weren't needed at the gra- " AI!!!!!!" What the hell just happened?! Something hit me in my head?! What?!
As I continue to mutter nonsense under my breath i hear a voice scolding some wailing children.
"Oh querido! I'm so so sorry! I truly didn't know there were still people here or I wouldn't have let em play with those slingshots!! Estas bien cariño?"
"Soy buena realmente! Just a little surpr-" Turning around I was meet with a pair of bright e/c eyes. I had to look down because she was much shorter than me, but then everyone pretty much is....she was so cute.

I have seen her somewhere but whe-! Oh! She's la niña pequeña that I meet when I first got my gift! Her father had sent her to get me because they needed help. She was so shy it was so adorable.
She hasn't really asked me for help any other time after that. But Dolores did tell me at the time she had complained to her father how they didn't need to ask me to help them with everything. It was sweet.
" -r you sure your really fine? Should I go to la señora Julieta?"
Oops! I was too deep into thoughts I made her worry. . . . Why does that make me slightly happy?
"Sorry pequeña dama! I really am alright. Just got a little surprised there."
She didn't seem very convinced which kinda hurt my pride but I pushed that part away.
"I still feel guilty. Can I buy you something? A drink? Or ice cream? Please?" Those eyes! I can't give in!
"No no no! It's really alright. You don't need to. Seriously."
"Please! I really will feel better if you accept!" Ugh! Im weak. . . Whatever she's angelica!
"I can't resist if such a bonita flor wants to treat me to something." I say sending a wink her way.
Blushing red now she grabs my hand and began leading us at the centre of the town.

"So may I know the name of the mariposa holding my hand?"
"Oh how rude of me! My name is y/n! Very nice to meet you!"
"Likewise and I'm Luisa Madrigal!"
"Luisa? Oh! Your the kind Luisa! The one who helped my papi some years ago."
Kind? That's a new one. . . I feel kinda warm. Do I have a fever or something?
"Yep that Luisa. Im a little surprised you remember me seeing how shy you were back there. I thought you didn't like me haha."
"No no no! It's not like that! I really liked you ! It's just that my papi could have done it himself, so I was annoyed that he would put more work on you. Especially just after getting such a overwhelming gift."
She had turned around at some point while talking but i could see the tips of her ears were red.
