The water was warm as San sat there soaking in the tub thinking about what had happened these past few days.He felt that this girl, he hardly knew, would be the one to help him keep going.
He got out of the tub and wrapped a towel around his waist.
Then he heard someone knocking on the door.
"Yes?" San shouted.
"I've put some fresh clothes for you on the bed. When you're dressed come on down for dinner." Minsun said before leaving.
San mopped off the hair with a towel while walking into the bedroom. once his hair was dry enough he threw the towel over the back of a chair.
He grabbed the pair of pants and the shirt she had left out for him. They were about his size, so that was good.
He pulled the shirt over his head and slipped into some dark jeans.
Once he was done he walked back down to the kitchen and stood in the doorway
"Oh I'm so glad they fit you." Minsun said as she placed the last of the food on the table.
"You look pretty nice in my old clothes," Wooyoung said giving San a wink.
San sat down at the table with the couple.
"So we never did catch your name." Wooyoung stated as he served the food.
"Oh, it's San." He quickly replied thanking him.
"What brings you to our lovely little town?" Minsun asked.
"I'm looking for someone. She might have passed through here." He replied.
"Who?"
In response to Wooyoung's question, San pulled out the drawing he did of the girl and handed it to him.
He studied the photo for a minuite and his eyes grew wide.
"Hey yeobo, isn't this Hyejin?" Wooyoung asked as he showed his wife the drawing.
"I believe it is." she replied.
Looking at the couple San quickly stood up slamming both his hands on the table knocking his chair over in the process.
Startling the couple.
"You know who she is! Do you know where I can find her?" He asked.
"Whoa, calm down there. Sure I know where she is, but why are you looking for her?" Wooyoung questioned.
"She saved my life once." San thought back to the moment he had first met her and the last words she had said.
'Don't ever try to risk your life for someone else let alone someone like me.' Someone like me? What did she mean when she said that? He had to find her, he just had too.
"San you okay?" Wooyoung asked, snapping San out of his thoughts.
"Please, you have to help me find her." He said. His eyes pleading with Wooyoung.
"Alright, alright. No need for the puppy dog eyes.
I'll be going there tomorrow for some supplies. I can take you to her then." He spoke with a smile.
-----------Time skip----------
Early that next morning, after Wooyoung bid farewell to his wife, he and San set off for the next town over.
luckily it didn't take them long to get there since Wooyoung owned two horses. The two new friends rode side by side as the sun rose in the distance.
"How much farther?" San asked after about an hour
