Chapter 13- A Plan Gone to Waste

THIRD PERSON POV

About a week or two passed and Kris kept ignoring Alix no matter what. Alix knew that the almost kiss bothered Kris but she didn't think it was that bad. Every time Alix tried talking to her she would either ignore her, walk away or say something bitchy in return. Alix started feeling like kissing her way before this happened was a big mistake. The guilt slowly started changing Kris's plan on ignoring Alix.

KRIS'S POV

I woke up ready for a new day. I slid out of my bunk landing with a small thud. I went to the kitchen and I saw Ashley playing on his phone while the rest were in the kitchen eating what looked like cereal.

"Morning!" Dad said hugging me. I said good morning to all the guys and sat grabeed some brea so I could make toast. I sat there eating my breakfast and coming up with a plan so I could tell Alix how I feel about her. Now that I think about it, I actually feel kinda bad for ignoring her. I started second guessing myself on wether I made the right decision or not.

Talking about Alix, where is she? When I said everyone, I meant like all the guys.

"Have you guys seen Alix?" I asked looking at them.

"Last time I checked, she was still asleep. She's been acting weird but anyways someone needs to wake her up, its already 1 pm." Andy said while pointing to the bunk area.

"1, 2, 3 NOT IT!!" We screamed. Jake was the last one, and when he noticed his expression was like 'ah shit', but I wouldn't blame him, Alix is a pretty strong girl and I would be scared of her too. I wonder what's got her acting weird. Jake slowly got up and walked to the bunk area. I could see exactly what he was doing from where I was.

He poked her face, nothing, he poked her again, nothing, he shook her vigorously and still nothing. After a few minutes of repeating these things Jake gave up and went back to the kitchen but only to go back to the bunks with a bucket of ice water. He dumped it on her and Alix shot straight up. Jake dropped the bucket and ran out of the bus fearing for his life.

"YOU ARE SO FUCKING DEAD PITTS!!" She screamed running after him.

ALIX'S POV

That little twat woke me up. Right now its not that great for me but no one's noticed. So I just acted like everything was okay. I was in a super peaceful sleep until Jake literally poured freezing cold water on me. That little bitch is gonna pay so, he better start running in 3, 2, 1.. There we go. I jumped out of my bunk and grabbed the closest thing to me which just happened to be a pointe shoe, huh why is it always a pointe shoes that I use. I chased Jake around the bus until he opened the door and went outside. He just kept running but I noticed that he was slowing down a bit so I picked up the pace and jumped on his back.

He lost his balance a little bit but regained it after a while. Dammit. I thought I would have knocked him down by now. I let go of him with one arm and started hitting him with my pointe shoe while I was clinging onto him with the other one.

"OW, WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING?!?"

"ITS CALLED A SHOE NOW APOLOGIZE!"

He didn't say anything back so I just kept doing what I was doing before and Jake went back to trying to fight me. You could say that it looked like we were wrestling and by now we had people surrounding and looking at us. I mean who wouldn't look, here we have a soaked 14 year old attempting to hurt the famous Jake Pitts with a pointe shoe. I finally let go of him and he just stood there trying to catch his breath with his back turned to me. Which was a bad idea because I took the opportunity to tackle him. I grabbed his hands and used the ribbons on my pointe shoes to tie his hands together.

"APOLOGIZE FOR DUMPING WATER ON ME AND BUY ME FOOD MY OH SO GREAT GUITAR MASTER!!" I yelled using a dramatic voice.

"NEVER!"

"FINE! THE. YOU SHALL SUFFER YOUNG GRASSHOPPER!"

I started tickling him and he started squirming around like a worm.

"St..stop.. tic..tickl..tickling..me..." He said through laughs. I smirked and said.

"NOT UNTIL YOU SAY YOU'RE SORRY!!"

"ahh..ok.okay... okay.. i'm.. so...sorry" He said. I finally stopped tickling him, stood up, and walked away until I noticed that he still had my pointe shoe. I walked to where he was still laying on the ground.

"Hey, um I need my shoe back so i'm just gonna untie you and shit." I said crouching down and untying the ribbons. He laughed, sat up and hugged me. We walked back to the bus talking about the most random shit.

KRIS'S POV

We were watching Ridiculousness when Alix and Jake came back in laughing. Alix went to the bathroom to get cleaned up while Jake joined us. Oh god this show is so funny, I should be on it, i've done some pretty funny shit before. I kept watching intently and the other started leaving and doing their own shit. Alix came out of the bathroom wearing a Glamour Kills shirt, a flannel, and one of my brother's old skinny jeans. It was simple but she looked amazing.

"Hey turtle, can I talk to you?" I said. She looked a little annoyed but nodded anyways.

"We should take a walk to the little park across the street." I said

"Sure, why not."

I wrote dad a little note and left it on his bunk. We walked out and headed to the small park. So far so good. We sat down at the nearest bench when we got to the park.

"So what did you wanna talk about?" She asked not making eye contact with me.

"I wanted to say I'm sorry for ignoring you and for bei-"

"Save your sorry's, I don't need to hear it because if you were really sorry and if I really was your bestfriend then you wouldn't have been that way." She said standing up and walking away. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her back.

"I am sorry okay? Just forgive me please! I just wasn't thinking when I made that decision. It was really stupid of me to do that and I'm honestly really sorry!" I said.

"Save your fucking sorry's because I don't need that shit. If you fucking cared you would've remembered that my mom died this month, but no you were too inconsiderate to even give a fuck. Did you even stop and think that it hurts to have the only person who was there for me all this time ignore me and treat me like I'm invisible. I needed you but you weren't there and you didn't care. Bye asshole and don't bothering caring, its not like I need a shit friend."
By the end of it she was on the verge of crying but I sat there shocked, not knowing what to say but I was still holding her wrist.

"See that's exactly what I mean, you can't even say anything back. The Kris I knew would've just hugged me." And with that she pulled her arm away and left.

I sat there shocked. What the actual fuck just happened?
