"LISA!"
A loud scream erupted in the house, shattering the silence there was before. Curious as to why Y/n had called Lisa's name instead of baby she hurried down the stairs. And then she saw Y/n.
Y/n stood there with her hair disarray, mouth slightly hanging open with her teeth seen stuttering, clothes soaked with water and eyes fired up.
Lisa ran towards her immediately, "Baby! Why are you all soaked?"
Lisa pulled her to the fire place and sat her down before rushing to get her a warm towel with a glass of water. After putting the towel around her shoulders, Lisa asked Y/n to tell her what happened.
Y/n sighed and looked up at Lisa. Hesitating as if embarrassed she spoke "Y-you said you would-.... that you would come pick me up from work when it's raining."
"You didn't show up today.", She pouted.
"I had to walk home Lisa....", She softly whispered, sadness evident in her tiny voice.
"Oh y/nnieeee~.....I'm so so so sorry!....But silly, why didn't you call? You may get a cold now." Lisa apologized and complained while rubbing your hands along her shoulder to give her warmth.
Y/n hadn't looked up at you yet, she was staring at the fireplace with cutest pout that never failed to melt Lisa's heart.
Noticing this, Lisa slightly bent to meet her eyes before gently saying, "Hey...I'm sorry. I forgot about my promise. I'll make it up to you. But please go take a shower now I don't want you sick, hmm?"
"Ok.", She replied with the cutest voice that no one could refuse.
Later in the evening Y/n and Lisa watched Y/n's favorite movies together.
"I love you" Lisa said catching Y/n's attention.
"I love you too" Y/n replied, Lisa immediately kissed Y/n.

Lisa held Y/n in her arms all day, not letting her move even a finger. Lisa was truly sorry that she had forgotten about her promise and tried her best to make up for it Y/n, on the other hand, Y/n loved all the attention and warmth she was receiving from Lisa.
