"My mom.." She said with tears still in the corners of her eyes. I looked at her and my heart ached with sympathy. I pulled her close as she broke down in tears.
"Your blanket showed you," I asked quietly
" I guess...well my necklace. It began to glow, and then my blanket seemed to ..respond in a way. " She said in my chest. I smiled a little.
"What did she say.."
She stayed silent for a moment, then looked at me in the eyes.
" She said that she was ok... That all. "
I frowned. Was she lying? I looked her more and I knew that she was holding something back.
"What aren't you telling me...Tori come on." I said softly
she looked at the floor and sighed
"She said that someone that loves me would go, that they will leave me to die...but I have no one..."
I froze, a cold sweat began to form on my hairline.
"Link? Are you ok?" She asked looking at me worried
"Huh, oh Ya, fine, just...confused by why she would tell you such things. " I said trying to sound truthful
"...Ya.. Just foolishness." She said getting up
" To think I was loved..." I heard her mumbled as she walked back to camp.
I watched as she left me to sit there, finally when she was out of sight I punched myself and cursed at the sky.
" Uuurrgghhh!!! Why does this have to happen to me!!! i don't want to do this anymore ZELDA!!! " I pulled my hat over my face and laid myself on the ground.
" I hate this..love. She doesn't know I love her thank you very much..." I said quietly.
" If she knew that I did she would kill me... But I want to tell her so much...but she won't feel the same because she hates men she said it herself. But she seems into me..no, not possible.. It won't even last long if what is planned will happen...wait, how did her mom know..." I sat up and fixed my hat back on my head. I shook off the thought and got up, duties come first, love is just a bonus.
