The clock ticking on the wall was the only thing that could be heard. It echoed throughout the quiet living room. The Umbrella Academy children all sat in their own spots. Awkwardly forced to be in each other's presence after years of separation. It was weird. Being all together again minus two.

Grayson sat beside Vanya on the small couch, the girl was clearly uncomfortable and unsure with the others around her.

Luther sat on the big couch across from her.
Allison, and Diego sat by the fire place that was lit, the bright flames crackles and sends smoke up the chimney. Causing the room to become a little warm.

The sudden sound of footsteps become louder and turning her head, she watches as Klaus comes up beside her and hands her a glass filled with a white liquid and a few ice cubes. Smiling, she takes it with thanks and sips it. Letting the drink slide down her throat, she sighs in content.

"I guess we should get things started." Luther announced. Taking his roll as Number One back as if time hadn't passed at all.

Grayson smirked behind her glass at the look Diego was displaying across his face. Clearly he was already annoyed with being here and she wondered how long it would take him to crack and explode.

"So, I figured we could have a sort of memorial service in the courtyard at sundown." He started. Looking between all his siblings.

"You know, say a few words just at Dad's favorite spot."

"Dad had a favorite spot?" Allison questioned, clearly never having know this fact about their father. Grayson rolled her eyes, she didn't know either and this just further proved her theory that they all had some type of individual relationship with their father.

"Yeah, you know, under the oak tree. We used to sit out there all the time. None of you ever did that?"

"Those are oak trees?" Grayson asked, deciding to add to this little conversation. However, she was met with a annoyed sigh and eye roll. She smirked proudly to herself.

"Will there be refreshments?" Klaus imputed, leaning forward in his spot, his cigarette hung loosely in his fingers as he looked up at Luther.

"Tea? Scones? Cucumber sandwiches are always a windier." He continued.

"I heard pigs in a blanket are very in now." Grayson added, just for the hell of it. Her comment caused Klaus to turn and look at her,

"Oh, that sounds delicious. You know I heard that—"

"What? No. And put that out. You know Dad didn't allow smoking in here." Luther says, dismissing his sister and brothers light banter.

"Hold on, is that my skirt?" The voice of Allison cuts Luther off. And immediately Grayson turns her head to see if it was. And she couldn't help but laugh at the sight.

"What? Oh, yeah, This. I found it in your room. It's a little dated, I know, but it's very breathy on the bits." Klaus says, gesturing to his lower region, causing Grayson to almost choke on her drink because of a laugh.

Heads turn her way as she lets out a few coughs. Controlling herself, she's able to breath clearly as she looks to Klaus she says, "well, I for one am really feeling this look for you."

Klaus smiled, "oh, well, danke, little sister" He boasted.

"You're welcome. "

"Listen up. There's still some important things that we need to discuss, all right?" Luther's voice boomed. Causing the room to become quiet once again. Grayson sighed and finished the last bit of her drink.
