Shifting Choices

While Isabela is walking back to their Casita she notices Sora watering the flowers, she smiled and walks closer to her "I see, you like flowers?" Isabela asks. Sora look at her smiling "Yes I do Ms. Isabela" Sora answered happily 

"That's great! what type of flower?" Isabela again asks "Everything is my favorite," Sora said shyly "I heard about the thing between Carlos and Camilo," Sora said and the atmosphere between them suddenly become awkward 

'I forgot, she's the girl they were fighting for' Isa thought and smiled to Sora "Don't mind it, I think it's just a little bit understanding between them. And if you ever feel guilty, don't be. you did nothing, it was their feelings, okay?" Isabela said and pat Sora's head 

Sora looked at Isabela amazed "It looks like you just read my mind and feelings Ms. Isabela" Sora said fangirling about it "Oh my god stop haha I just feel like you do feel and think like that" Isabela said "Oh and drop the formalities just call me Isa or Isabela" Isabela added 

Sora smiled "You're so cool! Can we be friends?" Sora asks happily "Of course! we can go around the town and grow the flowers with Mirabel!" Isabela said and jump around with Sora. 

"That will be so much great!" Sora said happily "Yah, Yah, Yah, you two are so loud I was about to sleep," Mateo said while holding a coffee "Seriously? it's literally 5 pm Mateo" Isabela said "So what if it's 5 pm?" Mateo asks raising one of his eyebrows teasingly 

"It's too early to sleep," Isabela said in a low tone and rolled her eyes "Mi Amor, I sleep whenever I want," Mateo said and smirk "Stop calling me that and how could you sleep when you're literally drinking a cup of coffee?" Isabela said and cross her arms rolling her eyes again

"Aww, Isabela, I know you like me calling you those nicknames don't deny it aha," Mateo said calling Isabela in her name for the first time "And I was just joking, I like to hear your voice, Mi Vida, If I could have a wish, I wish that you could sing for me every night so that I could sleep peacefully," Mateo added and look at Isabela sincerely. He walk closer to her and caress her hair smiling sweetly at her, flowers pop out of Isabela's hair indicating that she was flattered. Mateo saw that and immediately remove his hand off of her head. 

"Ehem, I'm still here you know..." Sora said and the three of them just laughed at the awkward situation Mateo put. 

Mateo goes back inside of their Casita after saying sorry to the girls for interrupting their little talk saying that he was just bored so he goes outside to find the two of them having a little talk. 

"Since when did you become close to my brother Mateo?" Sora asks while they were walking around the town "Well, he was annoying me since dinner night. He keeps calling me those nicknames, trying to feed me with his spoon and more" Isabela said remembering that night when she couldn't eat properly because a guy beside her keep annoying her. 

"And for your information, this was the first time he called me by my name" Isabela added and laugh awkwardly "I kind of like it actually since he was the first guy who has the guts to call me those nicknames in front of Papá," Isabela said and smiled unknowingly 

"Aye, Mateo, is obedient but annoying. It's only sometimes though" Sora said and look at smiling Isabela "It was actually my first time seeing and hearing my older brother call someone by those nicknames" Sora added and watch how Isabela immediately become a blushing mess  

 "He was cold back then, and let's just say that people in our past town called him Mr. perfect, every girl is fooling over him and do what they do best to get my brother's attention and more. He got tired of it to the point when he doesn't go outside anymore. And there's a rumor that makes him more mad and cold." Sora said while looking at an unexplainable expression of Isabela 

"You probably didn't understand me but maybe someday you will," Sora said and smiled. After some don't know what time of walking they finally go back to the Serrano's house "Thank you, for our wonderful walk around the town Isa, let's do this again but with Mirabel" Sora said receiving a wonderful smile from Isabela

"Glad both of you are back, Sora, Papa is finding you, don't know why," Mateo said as he was waiting for the two girls outside of Casa Serrano. "I'll go now Isa" Sora mouthed before going inside of their Casita "Bye, Mi Amor, I'm hoping that tomorrow you will do the same thing with me," Mateo said acting like a baby in front of Isabela 

"Disgusting," Sora said leaning at the front door of their Casita "Yah! go inside," Mateo said and push her little sister (not aggressive though) and close the front door laughing awkwardly 

"Well, stop hoping then, I will not do the same thing with you, never." Isabela said looking at pouting Mateo "But I wanna know the town too how come my little sister get the chance to have a time with you and I couldn't?" Mateo whine 

"Your sister isn't annoying," Isabela said and they both heard Sora agreeing with her "Yah! Sora shut up or I'll tell Papa you broke one of his favorite vases!" Mateo shout and look again at Isabela pouting "Fine! I'll just go with Mrs. Juana's daughter, Ines. Since she was already asking me if I want a tour around the town" Mateo said making sure Isabela is getting jealous

'Mrs. Juana's older daughter?' Isabela thought and again look at Mateo "Then go with her, do I look like I care?" Isabela shout and walk away leaving a pouting yet disappointed face Mateo 

"I thought I could convince her," Mateo said to himself and turn around to go back inside but saw a Sora who was trying so hard not to laugh

"You really thought you could make her huh?" Sora said walking back inside clapping and laughing so loud.
