Shifting Choices

All of them were now sitting at the table of Serrano, they were now eating their lunch that Mrs. Catalina cooked. 

"So, Mateo and Isa, might wanna tell us what happen while both of you were outside yesterday night?" Catalina asks at the two lovers which made their faces red.

"It's nothing Tía-" Isabela said but was cut off by Mrs. Catalina who smiles at her "Oh come on Isa, call me Mamá and call Alejandro Papá I wonder what my grandchild would look like-" Catalina said but was cut off by Mr. Alejandro who gives her a sign

 "Shh, they are still young for those... I mean go on. I'm dying to see my grandchildren" Mr. Alejandro said excitedly which makes the two's faces redder than before (They were half-joking here please don't take it seriously) - Writer Min

"Mi prima, you look like something," Camilo said everyone looks at him and Isabela who raise her eyebrows "what do you mean?" Isabela asks Camilo who laughs immediately "Yes! you and Mateo look like something!" Camilo said and snugs Sora and Carlos 

"TOMATO!" Camilo shouted bursting out laughing while everyone was dead silent "Camilo, it was corny" Isabela said "what? it's funny, you both look like that" Camilo respond still laughing 

Sora laughs as she finds Camilo and his corny self funny. "Oh my gosh you guys are so ugh" Isabela and Mateo said rolling their eyes at the two. 

The lunch ended and the three visitors were about to leave but Carlos insist saying he needs something to say to Sora which they understand and left, Now it's just Sora and Carlos at the back of Casa Serrano.  

"What do you want now Carlos?" Sora asks irritated by the boy in front of her "I want to clear things up, about you, choosing me" Carlos said with full of pride. Knowing the most powerful Serrano likes you, what would you feel?

For the first time in his life, someone finally chooses him over his best friend. Well, Camilo was always the one who gets everything Carlos likes. even though Carlos's feeling for Sora wasn't real at first, he still feel honored about her choosing him. 

"I'm honored to be chosen by you Ms. Sora, I pity you so I'll try my best to give the same feeling and love you'll give to me," Carlos said as he was about to kiss Sora's hand but he was slapped by her 

"I don't need your pity nor your untruthful feelings and love for me Carlos, and I didn't choose you yet so don't be full of yourself," Sora said as her hand surrounded with green light as if she was using her power against Carlos who was kneeling in the ground greening his teeth not expecting Sora to hurt him, he stands up and looks at Sora 

"Like and choose are the same thing Sora," Carlos said smirking and ready himself from Sora's attacks "Oh yeah? how though?" Sora said and now it's her time to smirk as she teleports behind Carlos's back making his eyes widen 

"Liar! you didn't say your true gift are you?!" Carlos said panicking turning around as fast as he can before Sora could even hurt him "Answer my f*cking question, how did likes and choose are the same thing? Carlos Gutierrez" Sora said tilting her head in the side as she creepily smile at Carlos who was unable to speak

"See? you couldn't even answer your own belief," Sora said and snap her fingers and soon Carlos felt a punch on his cheeks two times stronger than the punch he gave to Camilo before "And yes, I only reveal half of my gift, you should be thanking me now that you're able to see this gift I have," Sora said and innocently smile but Carlos take it as an insult

"H-how?" Carlos asks not believing  while laying on the ground trying to stand up but couldn't as the ground started to eat him "I saw what you did to Savannah last night and I didn't expect you to do that, I guess your nickname doesn't fit you now, so... who should be pitied now?" Sora said stopping the ground 

"What you did last night turns me off, I never expected you to hurt the love of your life because you heard that I like you. I like Camilo ever since I laid my eyes on him so shut up and stop doing whatever you and your mother want." Sora seriously said to Carlos

"What about those words that you said you like me?" Carlos asks and stands up "I just made those to see what will you do once you've known you were the chosen one. As expected you will do the same thing I expected you to do." 

"And for Camilo? I liked him not only because he was a Madrigal, it just... he showed me the things I didn't expect for him and whatever he does it always amaze me, he has the mindset of a man I was dreaming for and more

He showed me all of those in just a short time and I was so amazed by him that I didn't even realize myself imagining him with me... forever." Sora said as she blush while telling the things she feels for Camilo 

Carlos stands there too stunned to speak "What did Camilo do to Savannah yesterday night?" Carlos asks and Sora immediately tells the freaking scene to him "It actually kind of makes me feel irritated knowing they had so many skin interactions but I understand him, and I would do the same thing he did

I couldn't just watch my friend who was soaking wet heartbroken." Sora said and smiles as she remembers how gentle and cool Camilo is, Carlos would never

"And the way his voice was just too soothing that I would immediately fall asleep as soon as I touch him" Sora added imagining things in her head as Carlos freaked out "Eh? you're being delusional Sora!" Carlos said and Sora laughed 

"We could be friends but once you did something to Camilo I don't think I would see the same thing to you as before again," Sora said giving Carlos a scary look at the end of her sentence which made him laugh awkwardly.
