As the day went by, Cat Noir had to help Marinette eat. The parents watched the feline feed their daughter some Chinese food. Eventually, Cat Noir has 30 minutes left to head home before his father thinks he snuck out again.

"Well Marinette, I have to go soon," He said to her.

But this made the terrified young guardian grip his arm, preventing him from leaving. She doesn't want to face Blanc again without Noir.

"Princess, I don't have much time on the ring" He tried to explain.

"Promise me that you'll come back tonight?" Marinette begged.

"I will, princess" Cat Noir said and kissed the back of her hand.

He left the apartment, heading back to the mansion. His father is so strict and secretive it made the feline not wanna be around him anymore. It was like he's not treating him right.

"Least I know now why Marinette has panic attacks," Cat Noir said to himself.

He reached his bedroom window and said his de-transformation words in a green flash. Stretching his arms from all that stiffness.

"At least now we know what pigtails is scared of," Plagg said, going to his cheese cabinet to eat.

"Of an evil version of me in her dreams," Adrien said, thinking he'd cause destruction if akumatized, "But I won't let it become reality, Plagg. It's not in my nature" He continued.

"She said a white cat version. I don't understand. Aren't white cats supposed to be good luck?" Plagg asked, munching on his cheese.

"I thought so. Black ones bring bad luck" Adrien replied.

"Yeah. And in our world, it's Ladybug who uses good luck" Plagg said.

"Speaking of Ladybug, I hope she's fine. There hasn't been an akuma or sentimonster for a week" Adrien said, going out of the door since it's time for dinner and he knows that his father won't be there.

"Maybe too much positivity," Plagg said before hiding.

"Perhaps," Adrien said as he heads into the dining room, and Plagg hides in Adrien's jacket.

"Your father won't be here for dinner, Adrien" Nathalie said to him while holding the tablet.

"Like usual" Adrien replied quietly.

He takes his seat while the secretary leaves him, "Like always, I'm stuck with an isolated life. Pretty soon I'll develop depression and anxiety" He said to himself.

"We need to find a way somehow to be free," Plagg said.

"When I'm 18, yes. But my father won't let me live on my own. It's time to head to see princess" I ignored the food on the plate and head upstairs to my room.

Marinette was still seeing Cat Blanc again haunting her mind. She hopes that the real Cat Noir gets here soon. He made a promise.

"What's wrong, Marinette? I thought white cats bring good luck. We have matching blue eyes" Cat Blanc touches her hair.

"Stay away!" Marinette whimpered.

"I can't do that, milady. I'm like a ghost haunting your mind" Cat Blanc purred and touched her leg.

"Please stop!" Marinette grabbed a nearby pillow to swipe at him.

But in her mind Cat Blanc moved aside and grasps her wrist, "Don't resist, Marinette" He chuckled.

"You don't exist, Blanc. I'll.....I'll find a way to lock you up in my mind.....forever" Marinette whimpered.
