all of the sudden

"so you don't have to go to work today?" I asked dylan
"no we can spend the day watching netflix or do whatever you want."
"good because i'm so bored."
"same. I have a few board games as well."dylan said as he got up to get the games.
"I have jenga, monopoly.. uno."
"let's play uno!" I said excited
"okay but just a warning. i'm the best at this game"
"maybe the second best"I said as I grabbed the box .

"and I win again." I said excited.
"that's not fair. how did you do that?"
"I'm doing it by being the best."
"no you definitely cheated."
"no I didn't" I  said acting offended.
"you did." he repeated as he took a sip of his wine.
we were drinking during the game and I was feeling a little tipsy
"no I didn't"
I was about to get up to go to the kitchen to refill my glass. but before I could stand up dylan pushed me back on the ground and started to tickle me.
"ahh! s-stop it" I begged him as I was trying to catch my breath.
"say I'm the best at uno."
"never!"
dylan tickled me harder "say I'm the best y/n"
"ahh okay! okay. you're the best."
"best at what?"
"b-best at uno"
he stopped tickling me and just started at me with his brown eyes.
I didn't say anything just stared back at him.
he started leaning in and just when his lips was about to touch mine my phone started ringing.
"it's julia." I said looking at my phone.
"hi julia." I answered.
"hey y/n. where are you?"
"i'm at dylan's. I lost my keys. where are you?"
"I just got home. and your keys are on the counter."
"oh so that's where I left them. okay I'll be there in ten." I told julia and hanged up.
"I should go." I told dylan.
"yeah okay. I-umm, I'll drive you."
"thanks."
