TRUST ME

THAT BOY WAS BEGINNING TO REALLY FANCY HIS BUBBLY FRIEND,

And she felt the same.

They didn't spend much time together in the day but every night since they met each other they had a routine to go to the park to just chill for some time.

They would talk about anything and everything from things in their childhood to dumb stuff that happened in the day.

It was what they'd look forward to every day for the past few weeks. However she kept it a secret up until recently when she met Takemichi's girlfriend and Mikey's sister.

They promised they wouldn't say anything and kept that promise, but seeing the three girls giggling all the time obviously made the boys who noticed them confused. The three girls sat at the top of some stairs of the shrine as the group of delinquents were talking.

"Vic', I think he might like like you." Emma whispered and Hina nodded in agreement. "I don't think so. Maybe we're just really good friends."

"Please! You got a crush on him, and he might definitely have a crush on you!"

"I dunno..."

"You're gonna see him after this right?" Vicky nodded. "Well, then you should definitely ask him."

"And if he says no?"

"How could he say no? You're so damn adorable! He'd be outta his mind to say no." Emma pinched Vicky's cheeks softly and grinned.

"Emma's right. I can't see why he'd reject you."

"I guess... I'm not used to this tho."

"Whaddya' mean?"

"Hm... I don't get crushes a lot and If he rejects me, I wouldn't know how to deal with it because i've never been rejected either. Is that... weird?"

"To not get crushes?"

"Yeah." Hina shook her head while Emma nodded. "So maybe it's a little weird. Hm... well-"

"What are we talkin' about?" Vicky's dark haired best friend hopped near them.

"Aren't you supposed to be over there?" Vicky tilted her head.

"No. It's boring over there." Baji stood in front of Vicky and glared at her. "You got a secret?"

"What?"

"You're hiding something. I'm gonna find out."

"I don't think I could ever hide anything from you, frien'." Vicky smiled and gave the side of his head a small pat.
