BONUS CHAPTER FOR MURPHY'S SAKE

pre-marraige, their first date

OMG OMG OH MY FLIPPING GOD!!

Okay, a few updates, 1, the wall I ran into has a name and his name is so dreamy Jesus. He also asked me on a date!! The date is tonight at 7, we're having dinner at a fancy restaurant. Obviously, hes paying, why would a girl ever pay?? weird.

anyways, right now i am getting ready. I decided to dress up a bit for Jesus because he deserves it. And as we all know, it is my place to serve him, not only as his girlfriend but as his friend. For my outfit, I decided to wear something a bit revealing, ripped skinny jeans. My mom was very displeased when I purchased this pair, saying "That's so inappropriate, I can see your whole leg in those!"Personally, I think its just the right mix of modesty and flirtation.

For my top, I went with a yellow short sleeve with off white flowers that has dainty buttons in the front. It is cropped as well. I decided not to wear any jewelry except for my cross necklace. I never take it off to be honest. It connects me with God and the Heavens and I adore that. I wore plain white shoes with my outfit as well.

For my makeup, I decided to spice it up a bit. I did the regular look, thick foundation, thick eyebrows, chunky lashes and heavy bronzer. Then i got a surge of inspiration. I going bold today. I added a touch of blush and a bit of pink eyeshadow, not so much that it shows, that would be inappropriate but just enough to give my eye some dimension. Lastly, I glued some thick lashes to my eye and called it a day.

I checked the time, 6:57, 3 minutes until I get to go on the first date with the man of my dreams. I can feel myself becoming anxious so I play my favorite song to calm me down, Heatwaves by Glass Animals. I got that song from my friend Georgina.

Right as the song ends, my doorbell rings. Jesus hands me a bouquet of callendulas, my favorite. We get into his car, he opens the passenger side door for me and I get the aux. I put on my "date" playlist and relax as we drive to the venue.
