(sorry for late chapter upload again, anyways enjoy!)

White, gray, black, gray, then white again. These were the colors Sucrose was seeing after fainting. Her mouth still felt dry, and there was still a ringing pain in her head. A few images flash Sucrose's mind, It immediately woke Sucrose. She looked over to see as worried Noelle by her side preparing some tea.

"Noelle?"

"You're awake?"

"What happened?"

"Barbara and I went to check on you two days ago, and found you passed out on your bedroom floor."
"Oh- I see. If I'm here, then where is Osiris?"

"There is no need to worry about him. Barbara took him to Diona for the time being while you're here resting at the church."

"Has it really gotten that bad? My condition."

"Afraid so."

Now that Sucrose needed to move into the Cathedral medical room because her condition had gotten worse and the flower that was growing inside of her was growing bigger by the day. Many people tried to convince Sucrose to tell Albedo her feelings, even Jean took her time to try to talk Sucrose into telling. Every time this was asked, it was declined with a "I'm not going to trouble Albedo anymore.". Everyone understood that she didn't want to bother Albedo anymore and getting the flower removed would just be a pain because Sucrose would just not be herself anymore. But again, no one wanted to see Sucrose disappear from the world. If only she would go talk to Albedo...

A day or two later, while the flowers had started beginning to suffocate her, Sucrose decided to request to see Albedo. It had almost been a month since they'd last seen each other. Albedo was afraid that he'd make Sucrose run away again from his presence so after the incident he didn't visit her again, and like Sucrose had said, she didn't want to bother Albedo again so she had left him. Around afternoon Albedo had walked into the room Sucrose was staying in worried that he might trouble her. But when he saw her, she was the same but she had lacked something, she was frail and less energetic now.

"Hello, Sucrose.."

"Hi, Mr. Albedo"

"I'm sorry for what happened a few weeks ago."

"No, no, I should be apologizing to you for running away and not saying anything."
"I heard you got really sick?"

Wait, did Albedo find out that Sucrose was in a terrible condition???

"Ahh yes, I seriously didn't know what was happening, maybe or possibly a new sickness?"

"Perhaps..."

"How is the new recruit, or I guess she's not that new anymore is she."

"She seems to be doing fine."

"That's good!"

Albedo and Sucrose talked for a while, it was a nice chat, Sucrose having to forcefully swallow the flower petals everyone in a while, trying not to let Albedo find out. They had talked till sun down. The conversation had ended with Sucrose saying that she'd love to get to meet the new recruit soon and saying that she was tired. After All this time, Sucrose had still been in love with Albedo when he clearly has not developed feelings for her. Once he had left, Sucrose snuggled up in bed ready to cry right when Barbara had walked in to say good night and check on her before leaving.

That night Sucrose had a hard time sleeping from all those petals she was coughing up for making up for all the petals that she had forcefully swallowed earlier. Sleeping did not come easy ever since she had gotten Hanahaki Disease. Occasionally having images flash her mind with Albedo abandoning her saying he hated her or him going out with other girls. This was a nightmare, it wasn't that she didn't want Albedo to go out with other girls but, it was that she knew that she was dying and had wanted at least a single chance with him, not in the same room together but going out together as a couple.

(sorry for so much time skip:/ i can't think of things to write)

More days had passed and it was only getting worse for Sucrose. With her having trouble breathing and coughing out many more flowers, the most was 7 petals at once. She knew that she didn't have much time left, she had to use her possible last few days to write out her last wish.

After writing the letter, she picked up the saliva covered petals and put them all in a small bag. Dragging herself out of bed with the letter and slowly walked the back alley to get back to her apartment without anyone seeing. She had left a note on the bed saying that she was feeling fine and went home to pick something up. Once getting to the door, she did what she would always do. Unlock her door and go in. She used the last of her strength to put her most valuable things into boxes, addressing them to Albedo. With her other things, she put them in different boxes, with a note on top saying "you may do whatever you please with them, throw them away even". Once done with packing everything, the house was mostly clean except for furniture. She finally left her pale green pouch, a big jar of stuffed salmon colored petals inside, and the letter to Albedo. Getting on her bed to take a nap not knowing what would come for her. . . . .
