"H-how? Wait- When?!" Takemichi asked, panicked.
Now that he thinks about it, where had she been in the previous timelines? Just like with Emma, he had forgotten to find out where [name] was in the future?
"Two years after Toman's disbandment, only Chifuyu and I knew about her death. We just told everyone she went overseas." He explains.
"But, how did she die?" Takemichi asks again.
"She was shot. She was in one of the leading gangs of Japan after Toman's disbandment, she got involved in a conflict between the other gangs that ended in her and her leader getting shot."
"Why didn't you-"
"As I said, we wanted you to straighten out your life, so we lied to you about them." Draken interrupts him.
"Why would she get involved with another gang?! Especially after I told her what happens in the future!!" Takemichi exclaims, at the brink of tears.
"I don't know, even as friends, she was a very private person. My call is that it had to do something with her family." Draken says.

"So, you got anything to ask?" Mikey's cold voice fills his ears.
Takemichi, opting not to say anything, just reaches into his pocket and takes out an envelope, showing it to Mikey.
"Here, I want to give you this." he spoke, without hesitation.
"...and that is?"
"An invitation letter to my wedding. I want you to come, no matter what. Everyone is doing well, just as you promised 12 years ago. Everyone...including Hina, is living a happy life. Everyone, except for you."
"Hey man, shut your mouth or I'll kill you." Sanzu threatens, bringing the gun closer to Takemichi's head.
Takemichi does not waver.
"Could you leave us alone Sanzu? I want to talk to him, just the two of us." Mikey orders.
"Got it, I'll be waiting downstairs." He walks away.
Takemichi was the first one to break the silence.
"It was all thanks to you. This future is different because you protected everyone. Therefore now, it's my turn to save you!" He says while standing up.
"That's why, please tell me Mikey-kun...what on earth is this 'dark impulsivity'? I thought that the reason you snapped was because of Kisaski, or your brother's death...but that's doesn't seem to be the reason...was it because of [name]-san—"
BANG!
The sound of a gunshot echoed throughout the abandoned bowling alley.
Takemichi slowly turned around, taking a few seconds to process what had just happened, then realized that he had been shot.
Mikey had shot him.
BANG!
Takemichi collapsed on the floor after Mikey shot him again. Mikey stood up, standing in front of Takemichi, towering over his bloody figure, all the while pointing a gun at him.
BANG!
Takemichi painfully coughs up blood, forcing himself to get up.
"I didn't wanna meet, because things would end up like this." Mikey says, looking at Takemichi with no remorse.
"Your long journey ends here."
