Tbh, there are millions of billions of methods out there to shift, but I've only included the top 5 that have never failed to work for me (the last one being my own method that I created myself). Let me know if these don't work for you and I can send you a link on dm with other shifting methods. The thing is, you have to go through completely with each one to figure out which works for you and which doesn't. You can't just stop in the middle and be like it isn't working, you have to follow through on the method completely.
Starfish Method
In this method, you need to lie down on your bed/room/carpet/mat in a starfish position with your legs spread out as well as your arms. You need to breathe deeply and begin to count slowly to 100. Within each number, you need to say a positive affirmation such as "I can shift to the MCU" or "I feel closer to shifting into the MCU" or "I am (desired character's name)". Things like that. Once you reach 100, you should have already shifted by then, if not either try another method or maybe try focusing harder on this one.
Alice In Wonderland Method
In this method, you need to imagine yourself walking into a forest clearing where you sit down in the grass, back against a tree. You're relaxing there but your eyes in your imagination have to be opened. Suddenly you see a character of your choice run by you and you have to imagine running after them to see what they're doing. The character will jump down a hole and you'll follow, the brightness of the tunnel will blind you for a bit until you've shifted into the MCU. Again, if this doesn't work then try using a different method or trying again while focusing harder.
Pillow Method
This method is by far, one of the easiest ones and requires the least mental work to be done. In this one, all you need to do is write down the most important details of your script such as your character, your partner, the setting and time, etc. Next, you also need to write down some positive affirmations on the paper such as those that I've mentioned in the starfish method. After that, simply repeat the things you've written down before bed, place the paper under your pillow and go to sleep. You'll successfully shift in your dreams and be able to experience the MCU. If not, you know what to do.
Elevator Method
In this method, you need to imagine yourself as if you're entering an elevator. For those of you who frequently use use elevator whether that be in your residence or workplace, this should be easy for you as you can simply imagine going into that elevator. As you enter, you see that the panel of buttons has thousands of levels, you press the uppermost level button.
This is the hard part. As the elevator starts going higher, you'll have to imagine the energy emanating around you brighter and more powerful. The higher the energy, the faster the elevator will go making you feel dizzy and possibly upset your stomach, but remain focused. With each passing level, your energy level rises until you get the highest level and you are glowing with energy. If you look different in your DR (desired reality) than with each passing level, imagine yourself changing into that look. When the elevator doors finally open, you'll see someone there (either your partner or best friend in the MCU) holding their hand out with a smile. Take it quickly before they fade and you'll have successfully shifted.
Experiences Method (my own)
This is my own method and I've seen that this, by far, works the best for myself and others who I've helped to shift. In this method, you simply imagine experiences you've had with people in the MCU. For example, for myself, I am engaged currently to Steve Rogers in my MCU shifted reality so I imagine the first time we met each other (Fury had introduced us as I was an agent working in SHIELD), our first date (Tony's my dad so he protested heavily and Pepper advocated for us), our first kiss, our first night together, things like that. Finally, I imagine when I proposed to him (yes, I proposed to him) and that's what finally sends me over the edge and into shifting successfully.
For those who have romantic partners in the MCU, imagine your most pleasant experiences with them. For those who only have platonic relationships, imagine your most pleasant experiences with your friends. When you're doing this, your mind might wander to the unpleasant experiences as well, that's ok, don't panic! Just transition yourself into thinking about the pleasant experiences again. This requires a lot of mental thought and capacity which some people might find exhausting or off-putting. That's ok, this method isn't for everyone but I've found that if you put the hard work and thought into it, it works like a charm even on your first try. Most people I've helped have reported this method working, but again, use whatever method you're most comfortable with.
