Chapter 49: 'NUSH' LAUNCH

Third person POV:
Virat and Team went for their west Indies tour and it's been a week since they all have left. Anushka has immersed herself totally in work, because all she does in her free time is miss Virat and becomes grumpy. However, Virat has made sure to atleast call her once in a day or 2 days atleast but still not having him around all the time is what Anushka is badly missing. In all these months, she has been extremely used to his amazing company and now, everyday feels so long to Anushka and she finds it hard to not miss the love of her life. The days went on and on, and Anushka kept missing Virat. In all these days, she also gave a deep thought to Virat's idea for her brand and finally decided to herself shoot for NUSH. It was an amazing and a wholesome experience for her to stand in front of the camera but she loved the output too. She missed Virat at that moment, to motivate her, to cheer her and to celebrate with her. On the other hand, Indian team dominated the whole tour of West Indies and emerged as winner in all three series. Finally, after 2 months the Indian team was returning to India and Anushka and Virat's happiness knew no bounds. Anushka went to pick Virat at the airport. Every passing second felt like an eternity to the lovebirds but as soon as Virat stepped out of the airport and Anushka glanced at him, she jumped out of the car and took him in the tightest hug ignoring those hundreds of cameras clicking them through different angles. This is the Beauty of their relationship- they can be just with each other amidst millions. Rest of the players were happy to see these two reunite because Virat has literally bored them telling how much he miss Anushka through the whole tour. Virat put a sweet kiss on Anushka's forehead before breaking the hug.

She then met Mahi who silently whispered in her ears “We're no way going to take your lover boy on a tour without you. He becomes Devadas” And Anushka laughed. The rest of the team then strangled her with a group hug before leaving for their respective places. As they both made their way to the car with entwined hands, the media bombarded them with questions.

“Anushka, Why did you leave your job? Is there any hidden reason”
Anushka gently smiled and answered “You'll know about it soon”
“Sir, Is there any rift between Rohit and you?”
Virat just laughed and ignored the stupid question.
“When are you guys getting married?”
“Are the rumours about you getting hitched super soon true?”
“Virat, Will you take a break from cricket for your wedding?” And numerous more questions were thrown at the couple. Virat decided to clear things.
“Guys, firstly we don't know how these rumours spread, We don't believe them and advice you all to do the same. Moreover, we haven't planned anything as such. And the wedding is not on the cards anytime soon. Our prime priorities right now is our careers.” Saying this, both of them sat in the car.
“I missed you so much, Nushkie” Virat exclaimed as soon as Anushka drove the car to the highway.
“I missed you more, bubs...” Anushka said looking in his eyes but again shifted her focus to the road.
Virat put his head on the dashboard and kept looking at Anushka. Her cheeks turned pink knowing his intense gaze on her.
“Nushkie, how can you be so beautiful? The prettiest” He admired his angel making her blush profusely and soon drifted into a sleep. They soon reached Virat's home but when Anushka looked at Virat sleeping like a baby, she couldn't help but adore how cute he looked. Placing a soft kiss on his cheek, she woke him up gently.
Virat met his family and they all spent some good quality time together before Virat slept. Anushka then made her way back to her office with a bright smile.
