If there's one thing that Kim Dan Bi forgot when the offer was introduced to her. That is the fact that the entertainment agency / company that will be handling the girls who will debut is Be Lift. The same company who are handling the monster rookie group that her friends and well---- her ex boyfriend is part of. 

It's not like she's predicting that she'd debut or get in the final line up but if she ever do then that means she and heeseung will be in the same company. Which means-- she'd see him again. 

" I don't get why you're getting too worked up on this " Her mom sighed when she entered Dan Bi's room. Dan Bi stayed still in front of her laptop, still contemplating if she should send her profile to the show through email. " Just send it "

" but mom--- " She starts to whine making her mom huff

" Kim Dan Bi " Her mother sternly stated " If you already moved on from him, then what's stopping you from clicking the damn send button? "

Dan Bi sighed. Her mother is right. She moved on, then why can't she just click the send button? She couldn't understand why up until now, she's letting him pull him back from everything she wanted to do. They're over. She have the freedom to do whatever she wants to do. 

" Look " Her mother sighs as she sat on Dan Bi's bed, placing her hand on her lap to give her a gently and calming pat. " This have been your dream, you can't let anyone stop you from achieving that. It wouldn't hurt to give it a try, if you don't get in, then it's fine. You can try again "

" This is my last chance mom " Dan Bi breathed " There will be no 'try again' because if I don't get in then I'm done chasing. Maybe it's just not for me. "

" How can you say that? " Her mother sternly huff " It is for you. Even the chairman of Big Hit Music could see that. "

" Just press the send button " her mother urged leaning in to take her hand and gave it a squeeze. " You do know that a lot of people believe in you right? If you happen to meet someone from the past as you near your dream, then it's fine. As long as they won't hurt you anymore. "

" From the way you're acting, it's obvious that you're still not completely over him " She added then deeply sighed, caressing Dan Bi's long black hair. " It's fine, take all the time you need to heal. But don't let him and the pain you're feeling stop you from going after your dream honey. "

Her mother is right. 

If Heeseung could throw her away that easy then she could too. She really need to learn to put herself first. Staring at the screen, she shut her eyes before clicking the mouse, hearing her mother squeal beside her. When she opened them again, she could see that her profile has been sent already while her mother gave her a tight side hug, congratulating her.
