- Park Sunghoon's Birthday -

" What time will you guys be home again? " Kim Dan Bi asked for about 5th time now. Her repeatedly used question made Jay groan as he rub his hands on his face. Talking to Dan Bi through a phone call is something they do often nowadays, especially when one of them always ask how they're doing. Jay actually likes checking up on Dan Bi as he knows that the girl doesn't really hang out with anybody except them and well the others but of course-- they're all idols now so that leaves Dan Bi on her own.

" Around ten or eleven " He huff in frustration which made her giggle. " I swear if you ask that again I'm going to drop the call "

" Why are you always so hot headed? " She snickered which earned a grumbled from her friend making her chuckle. With a sigh, she tightly grinned even though he couldn't see her. " Well, I'll make sure that it'll arrive there right on time-- "

" Yes yes -- I'll look out for it " He waves off then hummed, biting his lower lip when he remembered something. " Hey. I don't want to be a killjoy or anything but.. It's just that, you know.. he'll see it. What would I say?---"

Dan Bi knows that Jay's just making sure, like he always do. The boy have always been thoughtful of everyone's feelings. And so she replied. " Just be honest, Jay. It's been a year and almost another -- pretty sure seeing it wouldn't bother him. "

" Okay " The lad breathed. " I'm just nervous. It was stressful to get rid of tension between him and Hoon. I'm worried that it might happen again, Jungwon's actually starting to get suspicious about him and Sunghoon. I just don't want things to get messy or complicated-- "

" I'm sorry " She sighed sitting on her bed as she played with the hem of her skirt. " You're getting caught in between the two of them because of me "

" You have nothing to be sorry of, Dan Bi " Jay sighs " You didn't do anything wrong. It wasn't your fault that you were ghosted and it's definitely not your fault that Sunghoon's in love with you. So don't be sorry "

And again --- it was a busy day for them. They're actually packed with lots of schedule for today that's why Sunghoon wouldn't be able to make time and see his family on his birthday so there's no other option than communicate through a call. They had to do a couple of photoshoots, practice their performance for the upcoming MAMA, attend fittings and a few more. 

For the past days, Kim Dan Bi have been enjoying every second of her life. She'd get cupcakes if she wants to, stay in bed if she wants to-- anything. Why? Because starting next year, it'll be a whole chapter for her. Her heart always flutters and she always gets excited whenever she remembers that It'll be a new life for her.
