So this is a sort of a note dump for me, but also a sense of understanding before you guys head into the story.Things that will not be involved with this story
•Heavy Shipping
•Smut/lemonEverything else that's a big trigger has a minor chance of showing up. Things like racism (Cause we all want a character to bash their skull in sometimes- I hate them too, and I too want a punching bag), mentions of sexual assault (highly doubt this one will show up), heavy gore, heavy abuse flashbacks, and other concerning topics I will do my best to warn ahead.
I do forget these warnings on occasion.Yes, while Soviet and the Axis powers will be mentioned, I don't intend to do much else with the Axis besides a few jabs at history or some story filler/plot exposition. So there won't be any of the shipping stuff between a certain two that I'm sure you've seen plague the Wattpad search results. GerPol, RusAme, (what other freaking ships are there) will also not be included. But if it comes to it Rice Gang is a yes. Friendships/platonic relationships are a yes.
Secondly, the general head cannons that will be used.

All countries and territories are true non binary. There's no male nor female exclusive junk. Things such as hair and voice tone can be altered overtime based on what pronoun they choose and want to be called.~2~
(I'm debating on this one because research)
A country's/territory's height is based on their population in relation to landmass (maybe just landmass). Strength their military. Diplomatic strengths on their economics. All can be heightened through personal endurance and training. This often gets misinterpreted by #3. One thing that cannot be manually altered is the sharpness of teeth, which gradually sharpen or dull given the percentage of time a country has spent in a time of war.~3~
Humans are humans, and despite being made by them countries and territories avoid them as much as possible. Main reason why high majority live in Pangaea. Thanks to some slip ups in the past, it's gotten into the heads of some wealthy individuals that if they strengthen a countryhuman then the landmass will follow. This is not true. Unfortunately the black market exists as well as bounty hunters.~4~
Tranquilizers don't work on countries and territories. As one's landmass almost never stops, countries themselves are at most medium sleepers. None can sleep through a blaring fire alarm even if intoxicated. This does not carry onto the preceded countries however. They effectively retire and can sleep like a rock.~5~
1 Country wins against a 1 human, no other weapons. That's pretty much a given 99.9% of times. Given that a territory could deadlift 125 lbs (57 kilos) should be a give away.~6/7~
Countries can 'ripple' events that the landmass has gone through. Most are minor; Russia and Soviet Union fear the day they ripple the victory party at the end of WWII, the day they ran out of vodka. Others are a bit more stark, like the since preceded Austrian-Hungary fearing that Serbia will shoot them.
Speaking of, if a country dies but still has their landmass, then they will reform in their landmass. This does not count for those preceded, such as Russian Empire, Native American, Bei yang Government, and many many more. Once they die they're gone for good.~8/9~
Much like how a landmass can temporarily invade another, the same can happen with countries. How this works is a simple case of taking prisoner. Recently it has been modernized to house arrest, but there are a few that found a creative solution.
If in danger, mortally wounded, greatly fatigued, or a response to fear/sudden spooks, a country can resort to a much more simple 'ball'. Smaller than a tennis ball, speaking fluently is impossible as well as several other tasks. Like stairs and opening doors. While easy enough to roll away and endure a lot more, they can easily be kept in one's grip, or as some for humor reasons, a peanut butter jar. This is mainly as they need to have ample space to become a full country again.
