You have that dream again, maybe because you have opened up your past to someone recently, talking about your dead older brother had made you subconsciously think about that particular event and how it made its way to penetrate your mind while you were sleeping.
It's just the same as always, in your dream you always see your brother asking why you didn't answer his call. You know your subconscious had developed it because of the guilt, you just hope that you can get rid of it as quickly as your mind created it. But for years it troubled you, there were instances when you would wake up crying in the middle of the night.
Although in some ways you were glad to have at least seen your brother in dreams when you know you wouldn't be able to see him again in this life.
When you woke up from that dream, you realized that it's already morning, although your room is dimly lit as the curtains are still obscuring the sunlight from seeping through the window, the digital clock on your side read 6:45 am.
You sat up on your bed and lowered your head, brushing your hair back before you straightened up and climbed down the bed. You started off your day with a cup of chamomile tea and headed to the living room, placing the tea on the table for a while before you headed to the shelf and picked up a book.
