Chapter 7

3 years Later

Luna's POV

        My com went off. "Hello?" I asked. "Hi Luna, It's Leia." She said. "Hi Leia." I said. "I hope your coming back soon it's been 3 years." She said. "Sparks and I are getting in my Y-Wing now. Let's meet on Lothal." I said. "Sure see you soon." She said. "Sparks come on we're going to Lothal." "Coming Master." She said. We hopped into the Y-Wing and took off. I cant wait to see everyone. I wonder if Luke is there. Does he still like me? Does he love me? I cant wait to hug him again! "Master? Are we almost there?" "Yup, we're entering Lothal's atmosphere now." I said and landed. I saw the Falcon a short distance away. I ran towards it. "Leia!?" I called she came running out and wrapped me in a hug. "I missed you." She said. "Me too." I said. "Ahem." Han said. "Hi Han." I said waving. "You know that's the exact same thing you did to me 3 years ago except you said goodbye." He said. "I'm sorry, even though you annoy me all the time. I missed you." I said and hugged him. I heard another ship land, it was Luke's. "Luke!" Sparks called and hugged him. "My have you grown Padawan Sparks." He said. Sparks had the biggest smile on her face. "Hello Luke." I said. "Hello Luna." He said and wrapped me into a hug.

        Later I had my own room back because now Han and Leia shared a room and Sparks moved into Leia's old room. I heard a knock on my door. "Master?" "Yes Sparks?" "I'm in love." She said. "With who?" I asked. "Luke.... And I think he loves me as well." Is she crazy! "Sparks, he's 6 years older than you. It would never work." I said. "Yes it would. It's true love." She said. "What I think it is is puppy dog love." I said. "He loves me and I know it!" "Sparks come down. Think." I said. She stormed out of the room clearly upset and angry at me. Does Luke love her? I dont know. I looked at the bracelet he gave me 3 years ago and I fell asleep. In the middle of the night I heard talking. It was Sparks and Luke. I snuck down the hallway and listened to them both of them oblivious that I was there. "Luke, do you love me?" Sparks asked. "Of course." Luke said and I peered my head around the corner to see Sparks and Luke kissing. I walked up and grabbed the collar on Sparks shirt and yanked her away. I looked at both of them tears in my eyes then I ran off down the hall. "Luna! Wait!" Luke called after me. I just ran to my room faster. Once I was in my room I locked the door and layed in my bed crying. I heard a knock on the door. "Luna? Please let me explain." Luke said. "You dont need to." I said and slid the bracelet he gave me under the door. I stayed in my room all night.

        The next morning there was another knock at my door. "Breakfast is ready." Leia said. She was the only one that knew the password to my door. "I'm not hungry." I said. She opened the door and walked to my side. I turned my back to her and stared at the wall. "What's wrong?" She asked. "Nothing, I just didnt sleep last night." I said it was the truth I didnt sleep. "Look at me." She said I turned and looked at her. "You've been crying again." She said. "What happened this time?" She asked. "Nothing. I'm fine." I said. "Then get dressed." She said. I nodded and got up and walked over to my closet. I grabbed a short black dress (It wasnt really short) that was loose below the waist, I grabbed a greyish pink coat to put over it, see through black tights, and knee high black boots. I wasn't training Sparks today so I decided to look nice. Plus I'm going out later.

        I walked into the kitchen and sat next to Han with Leia across from him that meant Luke was going to sit across from me. I had put on mascra and light brow eyeshadow to make it look natural plus light pink lipstick to make that look a little natural as well. Luke sat down across from me and handed me the bracelet. "No thanks, i dont really think it goes with my outfit." I said and slid it back even though the bracelet went with everything. "Let me explain." Luke said. "Oh no you dont have to. It's okay I'm over it." I said continuing to eat my breakfast. "What are you doing today?" Leia asked. "Later I'm going to a bar." I said. "Is that a very good example for your Padawan?" She asked. "She's old enough to make her own decisions. I dont have to baby her." I said. Sparks just looked at me. "Master, I'm sorry." She said. "I told you it doesn't matter. I dont care anymore." I said. "What exactly happened?" Leia asked. "Yesterday Sparks and I got into a argument about how she found her true love. And then I heard her talking to Luke asking him if he loved her, he said yes. And I saw them kiss, which really upset me at the time because we were dating and I had the bracelet and everything. But ya know things change right?" I said. "Luke Skywalker! How could you!" Leia yelled. "He didnt do anything I kissed him." Sparks said. "It still doesnt change anything. Luke, I loved you and you never told me that you loved me, so I'm over us. We are just friends." I said and stood up and walked down the ramp.

        I found a bar and walked into it. It was full of drunks and hookers. I walked up to the bar and ordered a beer. "First time at a bar?" A young man asked sitting next to me. "Yea, It's also my first time drinking." I said. "Wow, my names Alex" He said extending his hand. "Luna." I said shaking it. He had dark brown hair and medium blue eyes. He was really cute and seemed really nice. "So do you live on Lothal?" He asked. "No, I grew up on Tatooine and when I turned 19 I moved to Hoth in the middle of nowhere. It was freezing but I didnt live there long because I met some people and now we all live on a ship. Do you live on Lothal?" I asked. "Yea, Sadly I do. The Empire is so cruel here. They took away my parents." He said. "I'm so sorry." I said putting my hand on his shoulder. "What about your parents?" He asked. "My father is dead and my mother is off with some random guy popping out kids every second." I said. "I'm sorry about your father and I'm guessing you dont like your mother much." He said. "My father's death doesnt bother me." I said. "Why?" He asked. "Promise not to freak out?" He nodded. "I killed him." I said. "Why?" He asked. My dress was a little open in the back so I took off my jacket and showed him as much of my back as I could. "Every since I was 3 my father would whip my mother and I and one day when I was 5 she died. At least that's what my father and I thought. But it turns out she was 2 streets away with another man and I was being abused." I said. "I'm so sorry." He said. "It's fine." I said. "So why did you decide to come here?" He asked. "You sure do ask a lot of questions. Well yesterday I caught my step-sister kissing my boyfriend and she's 6 years younger than him. I told them it doesnt matter anymore and I dont think it does but for some reason there's a small part of me that's upset, so I decided to come and drink." I said with a smile and took another sip of my beer.

        After 3 hours of getting to know Alex I was drunk. "Let me help you get home." He said. I nodded. Focus. Your stronger than the alchohol. The alchohol wore off and I was balanced and thinking right again. "I'm okay Alex." I said. "I still want to walk you back." Alex said. "That's so sweet." I said with a smile. "Well we're here." I said. I felt someones arms wrap around me from behind. It was Luke. "Luke let go of me!" I said. "No, never." He said. "Han!" I yelled. Han came out. "Sorry he's been drinking. You really hurt him." Han said pulling him off of me. "Well he hurt me to! Bring him back inside before I kick his ass for touching me again!" Han and Luke walked up the ramp. "I'm sorry Alex, we're a crazy bunch. Would you like to meet everyone?" I asked. "Isnt it kind of late?" He asked. "No it's fine their all awake." I said and grabbed his hand and ran up the ramp. "Let go of me!" I heard Alex say. "Chewie! He's a friend of mine." I said. "When you said crazy I didnt think you meant you were living with a wookie." He said. "Threepio, Artoo, Han, Luke, Leia, Sparks, Chewie! Get out here please!" I called. Everyone came except Luke who was too drunk. "This is Alex. Alex this is Threepio, Artoo, Han, Leia, Sparks, and Chewie who you have already met." I said. "Hi." He said. Han obviously didnt like him and neither did Chewie because they were both glaring at him. "Can you guys not look at him like that. He's my friend." I said. But they didnt listen. "Here's my com number. If you ever wanna meet up or talk." I said handing him a peice of paper. I walked him down the ramp. "Bye Alex." I said. He kissed my cheek. "Bye Luna." He said and walked away.
