I woke up to a light that's gonna make me blind sooner or later and two doctors on either side of me

i tried moving but my body won't let me I feel numb I look over to my right to see Axl sleeping on a leather couch he looks so peaceful and its nice he doesn't get much sleep I've realized that

I hiss at the pain on my leg which causes Axl to wake up

I smile as he comes towards me and kisses my forehead

"sorry I woke you" I said

"its okay I had to wake up anyway" he says and I smile at his caring self

He sits on the edge of the bed and I looked at him in awe when he interlocks our fingers

"the burns hurt but it will ease up" he says and I nod

The burns really hurt and I hope they weren't bad cause I need to walk

I didn't expect that to happen but I can't help but I can't help but wonder if it was all a plan

I mean how did he even know I was gonna accept his offer this is the first-time we are meeting

And how did he know that I was going to be pissed when he said things about woman

This is so confusing

And why the fuck did he put a bomb in the car and blew me up is this some sort of heist

my thoughts running through my head as the doctor walks in

"Are you feeling well" the doctors ask and I refrain myself from giving him a stupid answer

"I feel numb" I said with a smile on my face and he returned one

"you'll feel better just a few burns but luckily your birthmark is still there and its okay" he said and I'm confused birthmark I don't have any

"what burns are you talking about" I said and he looks at me with furrowed eyebrows before taking his flashlight and looking into my eyes

He takes a needle and I scream causing Axl to jump off the couch and point a gun at the doctors

I hate needles ever since I was a kid those doctors were brutal and clearly had nothing to do

"Please no needles" I said and Axl breaths out before coming to me and kissing my forehead

"its okay" he reassures me and I sigh before the doctor places it in my arm

The doctor called Axl outside and mumbled some shit to him and his entire expression changes

The doctor came back in but Axl remained outside

I furrow my eyebrows as to what is happening and it doesnt change

"What did you say your name was again" he said

"it's Alejandra why" I said and he smiles before taking out another needle and before he injected it Axl comes in and punches the doctor in his face

"We need to get you out of here" he says with a worried expression in his eyes pulling out all the tubes that's in my arm and lifting me up bridal style

Some guards came in and Axl hands me to one of them

"keep her safe and be careful" he says to the guard and he nods

He placed me in the car and whispered something to the driver as he nods leaving Axl and the guard at the hospital

I sigh and leaned my head on the window taking one more look at the guard before drifting off

What the hell is going on and why wouldn't anyone tell me

I walked back into the hospital and went over to the doctor who tried to steal her fucking blood

He told me outside that she is special and he wants to keep her in the hospital a little longer which i happily declined I want her home in my bed

Until the mother fucker walked back in and tried to inject her

"You're gonna explain to me what the hell you want" I said and he's walking back like a fricking idiot

"you don't understand how valuable she is" he says and I furrow my eyebrows

What the fuck does he mean he doesn't even know her and I know she is valuable but that's only to me

"What are you talking about" I said following him with a gun in my hand

" she has a very special birthmark on her left side of her thigh it is very special to us" he says and I scoff of course I knew that it was on her file

"What the fuck does that have anything to do with you" I said and he scoffs

"because there is only one family in the entire world that has ties to that specific birthmark " he says and I furrow my eyebrows

The only family I know in the mafia that has birth marks to symbolise family are the hoods but they don't have a daughter she got lost in the woods

story has it when she was younger her mom lost her in the woods and they never stoped looking for her after that they went on killing sprees masking there suspects with hoods as a symbol for their family

And she can't be related to alejandro that fucking prick tried to kill her

This is confusing

"what family" I grit already pissed off I have no idea what to think

"The hoods" he says with a greedy smile and my eyes widened

She can't be fucking related to the hoods

I looked at his hand to see him fiddling with something as I was about to raise my gun to shoot him he quickly stands up and injected something in me

causing me to fall to the ground as blackness covered my vision and my gun falls out my hands as I drift off

What the fuck is happening and is she safe
