"What is this thing anyway?" you stared at the green creature that was in an enchanted cell in the basement of the Sanctum.

The green creature snarled at you in response, before turning away from your view altogether.

Your father had taken to the sewers, after mentioning to you that he detected an otherworldly presence and returned with a weird human-sized lizard.

"I'll explain everything," Stephen walked towards you, "After you go fetch your boyfriend and stop him before he wrecks the entire Alexander Hamilton Bridge," he held up your phone, showing live footage of Peter fighting a man on the bridge who had metal tentacles emerging from his back.

"Oh God," you snatched the phone from your father with a groan and created a portal to the mentioned location on the video.

📍Alexander Hamilton Bridge, New York

Peter had managed to save a family from falling off the bridge by catching the car just in time and swinging it back up to the road. Just as he turned around, he was grabbed by the man using his metal appendages and was wrapped by his mechanical arm, "You think your fancy new suit's gonna save you?" He tossed him away into a vehicle.

Peter broke through the glass of the van, falling into it.

"I should've killed your little girlfriend when I had the chance," the man remarked.

Four gold metallic Pincers shot of the other roof of the van and fixed themselves on the sides, hauling Peter upwards to the top, "What did you just say?" the robotic eyes narrowed as he questioned in growing rage.

"Looks like we got competition," the man muttered to his tentacles.

Peter jumped down from the vehicle and began fighting the man while a helicopter surrounded them, broadcasting what was happening on the bridge. The man tried to crush Peter between two cars, but Peter easily shot a web and pulled himself up to avoid being crushed.

"Peter! Help!" the MIT Assistant Vice Chancellor screamed out, her car balanced on the edge of the bridge.

Seeing the state of the car, Peter immediately shot a web to boost his way towards her until the man grabbed him with his claws. He broke free from the man's grasp and landed on top of a car.

The man grabbed a heavy object and tried to slam it on Peter, but he withstood it. Peter ran towards the woman's car, "Don't worry, Ma'am! I'm coming!"

Another car was aimed at him, but a large orange disk sliced through it, tearing the car into two halves as either of them fell on both sides of Peter.

"Y/N!" Peter was surprised by your appearance.

"Seriously, Peter?" you rested your hands on your hips, "I leave for a few hours and you're fighting with his guy in octopus costume,"
