chapter 7

Audrey's POV

"YOU!!" fans yelled. I tried closing the door and Hayes tried to help. finally we got it closed, I locked the door.

"Hayes we'll never get out!!" I said, groaning. "good." Hayes said, smirking and leaning in. I laughed and pushed his shoulder. he chuckled and sat on the bed. I walked over to the window and saw tons of girls. there were 2 police cars and 3 vans which are security guards.

"we're trapped." I mumbled. Hayes came over and sighed. "that's a lot of girls." he said. I nodded and sat down. I looked at my hands and then twirled my hair.

"you seem nervous, what's wrong?" Hayes asked, sitting next to me. "nothing." I said, continuing to twirl my hair.

"tell me." hayes said, grabbing and holding my hands. "I've never performed in front of more than 20 people, unless it's you guys. but you guys are family and these are strangers and random people." I said. I took a deep breathe.

"aw bae!!" Hayes said, hugging me. I smiled at him when he let go. "don't worry, I'll be right behind you." Hayes said. I grabbed his face and kissed him.

"you're the best." I told him as I released. "hey I never told you to stop." Hayes said. he grabbed my face and started to kiss me. I started laughing, "I love how were having a moment while tons of girls are banging on the door." I said. Hayes laughed.

I got up and went to my suitcase. I grabbed my black magcon sweater, white shorts, and black toms. I went to the bathroom and changed.

when I got out, Hayes was on the phone. I put my other clothes in my suitcase and laid on my bed. "Nash! we can't be late! where is the security?" Hayes asked.

I went on Instagram and pulled out the camera. I sat next to Hayes and took a picture of us. I captioned it "trapped. :/ with him @hayesgrier"

Hayes hung up and looked at me. "yes?" I asked, giggling. "looks like we'll be here a while. they won't let the security in." Hayes told me. I groaned and laid back. Hayes took out his camera out of his bag, and started to take random pics.

suddenly the girls outside were getting quiet. "everyone clear the hallway now!!" we heard men voices say. I ran to the peek hole and saw the girls clearing the hallway, running away from the police.

I backed away from the door and sat next to Hayes. "what's going on?" Hayes asked me. "the police came, finally." I said.

"Hayes Grier and Audrey dallas?" a man said. Hayes went to the door, and opened it. "yes?" Hayes asked. "we need to take you the basement now." the man said. "okay, let me change my shirt real quick." Hayes said. the man was a cop.

he ran to his suitcase, grabbed a blue magcon shirt, smelled it, and shrugged. he pulled off his shirt and put that one on. "Hayes!" I said, laughing. "oops you saw that?" Hayes asked. "yes." I said.

the police man told us we had to go now. so Hayes grabbed my hand and we ran with the cop to the elevator. Carter was in there. "hey." he said looking up from his phone.

"what are you doing in here alone?" I asked, I giggled. "waiting for you guys, we were put in groups and I'm stuck with you two." Carter said. "aw cartah is stuck with us." Hayes said, chuckling. the cop laughed and Carter rolled his eyes while laughing.

the elevator arrived in the basement, and we walked down the hall to a door that said, "Staff and performers only!"

we walked in, with the cop behind us. Carter yelled, "WERE HERE!" everyone turned around, since they were siting on the couch. "hey!" everyone said. they all got up and we all hugged and stuff.

I sat next to Shawn and the jacks. we went into the other room with justin to rehearse. "and I keep craving, craving, craving you, don't know it but it's true..." I sing with Shawn and justin.

after we rehearsed some of the songs, we talked. "so Audrey, are you excited?" gilinksy asked. "to be honest, no. I'm scared." I said. they all looked shocked. "you always sing of front of us!" Johnson said. "well you guys are family, not them." I said. they all nodded and Shawn said, "you'll be fine." i smiled and we went back to the room where all the boys are.

"alright, the girls are coming down in 10 minutes. we're locking the door." one of the cops said. we all nodded. I looked around and saw none of the girls. "where's Aliyah, Hailey, and mahogany?" I asked.

"there helping set up the mics and stuff." Cameron said. I sat next to him and he hugged me. I hugged back and smiled. I saw dad in the corner by a door, I'm guessing he's protecting the door. I walked over and hugged him.

"go, have fun." dad said as we got ready to get onto stage. I smiled and walked over to Hayes. he grabbed my hand and squeezed it. "you'll be great." he said. I smiled and took a deep breathe.
