chapter 31

Audrey's POV

I hanged out with fans at the airport since they're so sweet.

"where are you guys going now?" one girl asked. "New York city." I replied with a smile.

they all kept saying "happy birthday!" and how I was so pretty. I pulled out my phone and we took a group selfie on snapchat. I saved it and put it on my story.

I posted it on Twitter and Instagram saying, "I love my fans. 😇❤️"

I glanced over at Grayson and saw him talking to a girl. she was a gorgeous blonde with a small body.

"ok guys, I have to go now. I'll see you around, I'll be here until 10." I hugged all of them and sat with Grayson.

"omg! hi Audrey! I'm like one of your biggest fans. I love you!" the girl that grayson was talking to, said to me. I embraced her in a hug and said, "hi! what's your name?"

"Miya." she replied, her cheeks flushing a little red. "she's an extraordinary human being." Grayson said. a huge smile tugged on Miya's mouth.

"I bet, but why?" I asked.

Miya began to tell me about herself. this girl has been through so much, I can't believe it. it just makes you think about how grateful we should all be.

tears started to form in the corners of my eyes, "oh gosh. I'm sorry. you're such an inspiration." I said, trying to hide my tears.

Grayson hugged me as I cried a little. "I'm going to call my foster mother. I'll be right back." Miya said and got up to talk on the phone.

"she's amazing." Grayson said with a smile as he put a piece of my hair behind my ear. I started to blush, that happens every time someone does that.

he chuckled and leaned back into the chair. "have you heard from any of them?" I asked. I was referring to the fam.

"nope, you?" Grayson replied. "nope." I said. I was actually surprised Jacob hasn't texted me yet. I mean wouldn't you text your boyfriend if he was lost on the airport? uh yeah!!

I stood up and walked away, at the same time i dialed Jacob on my phone. "hello?" he answered.

"hey, where are you guys?" I asked.

"uh I'm not sure." he said, with hesitation.

"um okay." I said. well this birthday is turning out to be strange.

he didn't answer but he was still on the phone, I heard Hayes talk. "she is my best friend, we've been friends since we were babies. I love her but she can be a pain in my -"

"who's Hayes talking about?" I asked.

"I, uh, got to go. bye babe." Jacob said. he hung up and I groaned.

i walked over to Grayson who was hugging miya. "I'm so excited." Grayson told her. "me too." she said.

"hey guys. what's going on?" I asked.

"Miya is going to New York with us! let's go buy a ticket for her!" Grayson yelled, grabbing both of our hands and running to the desks where you buy the tickets.

"hi, one ticket to New York City please." Grayson spoke to the lady at the desk.

"alright, what time?" the lady asked.

"10 pm. tonight." Grayson said, he was holding Miya's hand tightly. he had let go of me so I decided just to go find the fam.

I was walking around when I saw gilinsky. "jack!" I yelled. he turned around and looked at me. I started running to him and he opened his arms and started running to.

I started to laugh as we both started to run in slow motion and do that romantic hug that they do in those movies. everyone was watching but we kept laughing. I jumped into his arms and he spun me around slowly.

"we're dorks." I said in between laughs. "I know right." he replied. he let me down and we continued to laugh.

"I lost everyone. I can't find them." I said. "me too." Jack said, laughing. he had this huge smile on his face, it was so gorgeous. I mean who wouldn't fan girl over it, he's my family and I would still fall in love with his smile. it's so sad how all these boys can make you feel se type of way. 😂🐍💀🙅🏻
tbh he would a perfect boyfriend but he's too old.

we both walked around the airport together trying to find everyone.

i looked into shops and I found one that was selling magcon merch. I bought a red sweater and Jack bought a red one too.

"let's take a picture cause we match." Jack said. "alright." I said. he had someone take a picture for us and then we continued to walk around.

"is that Cameron?" I asked pointing to the donut shop. "probably." Jack said. I laughed, "he's so fat." my brother will never stop eating donuts.

I ran to the donut shop and saw Cameron. "Cameron thank the lord." I hugged him from the side which startled him. "you scared me Audrey. are you ok?" he asked.

"yeah, I got lost with Jack and Grayson but I left Grayson." I said. "oh wow, well we're over there." Cameron said pointing to the a huge group of people who I am guessing are fans and the fam.

I trailed over there and saw Jacob with bea. they were walking around and holding hands. i tried to ignore them and not let it get to me so I went and sat with Hayes.

"hi." I said.
"hey." he replied.
"how's life?" I asked.
"good you?" he asked.
"same." I said.
"that's good." he said.
"yep." I replied.
"why is this awkward?" he asked.
"I'm not sure and I don't like it." I said.
he agreed and we both sighed.

I leaned my head on his shoulder since I was tired. I had my eyes closed and I heard some fan girls going crazy about me and Hayes.

"we aren't together." Hayes kept saying.

"goals." "otp." the girls would say. I heard the sound of pictures being taken and then I opened my eyes.

I started to laugh which made Hayes and all the girls laugh.

I got up and ran away from the crowd, I ran into the bathroom. I slid into a stall and locked it. I just balled my eyes out, i don't know why. crying helps sometimes.

"Audrey?" I heard. I heard the door open and that person come in. it was three boys. I wiped my face and opened the door.

Taylor. Matthew. Ethan.

"what are you guys doing in here?" I asked, with a giggle.

"are you ok?" Ethan asked. I nodded, slowly. then they all came around me and gave me a hug.
