Part 9(Overprotectiveness)

The scene starts from naira making breakfast...she was making kartik's favorite kachori...
Kartik came and backhugged her...

NAIRA:(worried) Tum kyu uthe bed se...mene mna kiya tha naa...
Kyu nhi sunte ho meri baat...atleast doctor ke aane tk toh rukk jao...chlo mere sath...(holding him and taking him to their room)

Kartik half laid on the bed as he didn't wanted to make her more worried or tensed...he held her hand and pulled her closer...

KARTIK:(holding her closer by her waist) I m okk nairu...mujhe weak feel hoga toh I'll tell u...tum pls itni tension mtt lo...mei thik hu bachaa...relax..(kissing her forehead)

NAIRA:(cupping his face) Kartik...
Plss kuch time ke liye rest krlo naa...doctor ne tumhe kuch din bed rest krne ko kaha h...pls mere liye maan jao naa...(a lone tear escaped her eyes)

KARTIK:(wiping her lone tear) shh...ro kyu rhi hi...okk baby...I promise mei pura rest krunga...
Tumhari saari baatein manunga..
.tum pls itna stress mtt lo...

She nodded and hugged him...he too reciprocated and naira asked about kairav...he told that he had gone for a bath...naira kissed his cheeks and brought akshu to him...kartik held her in his lap and kissed her cheeks...she giggled, making them smile...

KARTIK:(to naira) Naira akshu thik h naa ab...mujhe kairav ne btaya ki vo bimaar rhti thi...doctor ne injection bhi lgaya tha..

NAIRA:(remembering those days) hnn kartik...tumhare jaane ke baad sb kuch bikhar gya tha...akshu ko fever rhta tha..kuch khati peeti nhi thi...isliye ek week tk treatment chla tha...pr u don't worry..ab hmari akshu bilkul thik h...(caressing akshu's face) aaj akshu ko papa ready krenge...okk baby...

Naira passed him akshu's clothes and other things like oil, powder and all those stuff...she went out kissing both kartik's and akshu's forehead...she prepared full breakfast and brought in the room as she didn't wanted kartik to get up again nd again...kartik was playing with akshu and she was giggling...kairav was setting his hair...he saw naira and ran to her...

KAIRAV:(hugging her) mumma I love u...thankuu so much...aapne kaha tha naa ki mujhe mere bday pe sbse phle papa wish krenge, aapki baat sach hui...yeh mera ab tak ka sbse best bday tha...Papa hmare pas vapis aa gye...I m so happy...

NAIRA:(kissing his forehead) I love u too kairav...once again wish u a very happy birthday...ab chlo breakfast krlo...dekho mumma ne apke aur papa ke liye kya bnaya h...(setting a plate for him with kachori nd making smily over it)

KAIRAV:(happily) wow mumma...
Kachori...mei apne room mei le jau pls...mujhe naa krish bhaiya aur vansh bhaiya se video call pe baat krni h...

Naira nodded...he went hugging kartik once...naira came with a plate of kachori for kartik...she made him eat a bite with her own hands...

NAIRA:(Kissing his cheeks) Happy Birthday mere mendak...
I love u so much...(Kartik kissed her forehead nd pecked her lips in response.)

KARTIK:(picking up a kachori for her) Mujhe pta h tumne iss 1 month mei kachori nhi khayi...
Aur naa hi bnayi h, except for yesterday...kairav ne btaya mujhe.
...naksh bhi keh rha tha ki tum boht simple sa meal khati thi...aur kbhi kbhi toh skip bhi kr deti thi...
Phle jo hua vo toh mei nhi badal skta...pr ab tum vo sb khaogi jo tumhe pasand h...mei bnake khilaunga tumhe...mujhe naa aaj shaam ko tumhare liye breadpakoda bnane h...okk...

Naira became emotional listening about breadpakodas...she really missed it...kartik hugged her tightly nd wiped her tears...naira then denied him saying that he'll not get up until the doctor says that he's okk...kartik agreed and they had breakfast feeding eachother...naira then washed the dishes and fed akshu her meal...
She slept and naira laid her in her crib...she checked on kairav and he was doing his school work...

Kartik was sitting using his phone
..naira came and laid on the bed...
Kartik kept his phone aside and laid straight beside her...she hugged him, keeping her head on his chest...kartik wrapped his arms around her and kissed her forehead...she snuggled more into him and slept peacefully in his warmth...

Kartik heard the bell ringing...he couldn't get up as per naira's orders...so, he called on kairav's tab and told him to check that who had came...kairav opened the door and saw his family there...
He hugged them excitedly as he missed them...he told kartik about it...kartik told him to bring them in their room..kartik laid naira's head on the pillow and sat straight keeping a pillow at his back for support...he caressed her hair and covered her with blanket
...the goenkas came and greeted him being emotional...they saw naira sleeping peacefully holding kartik's hand, so they didn't disturbed her...moreover it would hv been more awkward after her second marriage talks...they thought that kartik didn't knew about all this, but little did they knew that naksh told him everything...

They wished him happy birthday and spent some time with him....

DADI:(caressing naira's hair nd kissing her forehead as she was sitting beside her) kittu tum ghar kb aa rhe ho...tum sb ke bina khali khali sa lgta h hmara parivaar...

KARTIK:(caressing naira's hand) dadi...abhi kuch time hum yahi rhenge...naira ko normal hone mei thoda time lgega...aur mei abhi kuch din yahi bitaana chahta hu naira aur bachyon ke saath...
Atleast jb tk mera bed rest period khatam nhi hota...I hope aap sb smjhenge...mei abhi kuch time naira aur bachyon ko dena chahta hu...

The family agreed understanding him...they went giving some gifts and homemade food...they were happy to get kartik back, but they were more happy for naira as they knew how much pain she had gone through...
