The scene starts from kartik trying to keep naira awake...she was getting tired due to pain and excessive crying...kartik cupped her face, trying to keep her awake...

KARTIK:(wiping her tears) Naira..
.bss bachaa...bss thodi der aur... hmara baby aane wala h naa..tum plss mujhse baat kro...yaha dekho meri taraf...vrna tumhara mendak tumse gussa ho jayega...
(Making a cute pout)

NAIRA:(trying hard to keep her eyes open) m.uj.he...a.pn.e...me.nd
.ak..ko...m.ana.na..ache..se..a.a.ta...h..(smiling in tears)

The doctor asked her to push as the baby's head was coming out... naira held kartik's hand tightly and screamed as she pushed hard
...the baby came out and naira got unconscious...kartik looked at doctor worriedly as naira was not getting up...the doctor first gave the baby to the nurse, who took him for check up...

DOCTOR:(saw kartik crying silently) don't worry kartik...aapki naira bilkul thik h..she's a fighter..
..sach kahu toh mujhe lgga nhi tha ki she'll be able to tolerate this much pain...pr hats off to her...itni critical condition mei bhi she kept fighting...congratulations baby aur mumma dono thik h...bss naira thodi weak h...u hv to take extra care of her...(saw the nurse coming with the baby, wrapped in a white cloth) Dekhiye aapka baby bhi aa gya...congratulations it's a boy...(giving the baby to him)

KARTIK:(Taking the baby in his arms) thankuu so much doctor...

The doctor left giving naira some injections...kartik caressed the baby's face and smiled as he looked exactly like naira...

KARTIK:(Sitting on the stool beside naira) Mera bachaa...(kissing his forehead lightly) Aap bilkul mumma jaise dikhte ho... thankuu hmari life mei aane ke liye...(to naira) Naira...utho naa jaan..ek baar baby se mil lo, phir so jaana...mein chahta hu ki mere baad baby sbse phle mumma ki godii mei aaye, phir baaki family members ki...(laying the baby beside naira)

Naira woke up as the baby started crying...she looked at kartik with tears in her eyes...kartik nodded looking at the baby...

KARTIK:(caressing her hair) hnn naira...yeh hmara beta h...ab jaldi se ise godi lo, vrna chup nhi hoga yeh...bahr bhi sb wait kr rhe h baby se milne ke liye, pr phla hakk toh mumma ka h naa...(kissing her forehead) Tum thik ho naa nairu...

Naira nodded and tried to sit properly, but couldn't as she was weak...kartik stopped her and laid the baby on her chest...she smiled and hugged him lightly, caressing his head...

NAIRA:(with happy tears) congratulations kartik...hum phir se mumma papa bnn gye...ab hmari family complete ho gyi..

KARTIK:(hugging both of them lightly) congratulations to u too... I love u so much mera bachaa...(kissing her forehead) and I love u also baby..(kissing the baby's temple as he was sleeping in his mother's warmth)

Kartik then took the baby out so that other family members could also meet him...naira slept due to weakness...the family members held him in their lap, one by one..
..everyone was happy, seeing the baby...everyone went home, except kartik...he stayed with naira and their baby as they had to stay for a night...At night, kairav and akshu video called kartik and talked with them and saw the baby too...akshu giggled, clapping her hands...kairav too was very happy as now he had a brother and a sister both...After sometime, naira was feeding the baby and kartik was sitting beside her, helping her...

KARTIK:(kissing her forehead) thank God...sb thik ho gya naira... vrna mein toh dar hi gya tha...jbse doctor ne complications ki baat btayi h, mein boht dara hua tha...
Pr iss baar apna baby khona bear nhi kr skta tha...(spoke the truth in flow, without realizing that naira doesn't know anything)

NAIRA:(Taking her bud out of baby's mouth as he had slept) kaisi complications kartik...tum kuch chupa rhe ho naa mujhse... phle bhi mene kitni baar pucha, pr tum har baar koi na koi excuse bna dete the...(holding his hand) Ab aur nhi chupa skte tum mujhse...btao mujhe..tell me...

Kartik took the baby and laid him in the crib...he came back to naira and took her in a hug...he told her everything regarding her complications and his decision of not aborting...naira looked at kartik teary eyed, thinking that how could she not able to know about all this...

KARTIK:(Rubbing her back nd caressing her hair as she started crying) Nhi bachaa...rona nhi..ab toh sb thik ho gya naa...tum aur baby dono healthy h..hnn tumhe thodi weakness feel hogi, pr mein hu naa tumhara khayal rkhne ke liye...shh...chup ho jao..mene isi liye nhi btaya tumhe kyuki tum stress leti, jo tumhari health ke liye acha nhi h...plss mtt rou naa baby...mein tumhe ese nhi dekh skta..I love u so much..(kissing her cheeks and sucking her tears)

NAIRA:(calming down) kyu kartik...kyu nhi share kiya mujhse
...saara dukh akele sehte rhe..itna pyar krte ho mujhse...I m sorry kartik...mene boht preshan kiya naa tumhe...(looking down with guilt)

KARTIK:(pecking her lips, holding her chin) meri naira best h...vo kbhi apne kartik ko preshan kr hi nhi skti...isliye plss tum guilty mtt feel kro baby...hnn starting mei jb pta chla, toh mein boht dar gya tha...pr tumne toh indirectly bhi mujhe itni himmat di aur mumma ki diary...use pdhke bhi mujhe boht strength mili...sherni ka husband haar kese maan skta tha...(caressing her face)

He looked at her lips and slowly started kissing her...she too responded, caressing his nape...
They broke the kiss after sometime and spent some time together with their babyboy... In the evening, everyone came to meet her and the baby...akshu and kairav too met the baby and kissed his cheeks lovingly...
