               Hope u r enjoying this story...let's continue with the story without any further delay...One more important thing...actually I m thinking to include one more baby in kaira's life means naira to be pregnant again...do u want me to show...do tell and also u want boy or girl...

The scene starts from kaira on Ganga ghat for evening aarti with the family...kairav was with manish and akshu was with kartik and naira...After the aarti, they sat on the stairs seeing the beautiful evening view...kairav came nd sat beside naira..

KAIRAV:(leaning on her shoulder) mumma aap phle roz aate the yaha pe...kitna acha view h...I love this..

NAIRA:(hugging him and caressing his hair) hnn beta..mein roz aati thi yaha...apko pta h aap agr sache mnn se Ganga maiya se kuch mangoge naa, toh apki wish puri ho jayegi...

KAIRAV:(saw a boy dropping a coin in the holy river after praying something) mumma mein bhi pray krke coin drop krluu plss...

Naira nodded and kairav, vansh, krish went near the Ganga...akshu giggled seeing them dropping coins...there was much crowd so someone mistakenly pushed kairav in...Naira and kartik nd family couldn't see as they were at some distance...

KAIRAV:(drowning) mummaaa...

Vansh went to the family running and told them that kairav fell in the river...naira and kartik ran towards him..the other people were also trying to help kairav, but he had reached far as the river was flowing fast...

NAIRA:(crying) k.kair.av...

KARTIK:(stopping her) nairaa... tum yhi pe rho..akshu ke pas... mein jaa rha hu kairav ko lene...
Tum tension mtt lo...mein hu naa
..kuch nhi hoga kairav ko...

Kartik jumped in the river to save kairav...Manish and akhil brought ropes for helping them...naira sat on the floor with a thud, crying silently...surekha took akshu from her and swarna nd gayu consoled her...kairav's breathing was getting affected...he was constantly shouting mumma papa
...kartik somehow reached him with great difficulty as the river's flow was fast at this time...he took him in his arms...kairav clinged onto him crying badly...

KARTIK:(kissing his temple) bss... bss..shh..bss bachaa...aap toh hmare strong baby ho naa...kuch nhi hua kairav..Papa h naa aapke pas...bss abhi hum bahr nikal jayenge...shh...

KAIRAV:(crying heavily) p.pa.pa... m.uj.h.e...mu.m.ma..p.aa.s...j.aa.n.a..m.um.ma...

KARTIK:(swimming with one arm) hnn beta...hum jaa rhe h naa mumma pas..(to akhil and manish) Papa chachu...rope pas kriye plss...river ka flow boht tez h...(trying to swim)

Naira cried badly, feeling helpless as she couldn't do anything for her kartik and kairav...she was very much scared as the flow of river was increasing...kartik tried hard to swim, but couldn't due to flow of the river...everyone were tensed...the people standing there called the rescue team for help... Manish and akhil were trying to pull them using the rope...kairav was crying badly, clinging onto kartik...soon, the rescue team came and helped them coming out...naira rushed to them and hugged kartik...

NAIRA:(teary eyed) Kartik...t.um.
th.ik..ho...na..a.ur..k.air.av..(caressing his back)

KARTIK:(wrapping his arms around her) shh...relax naira..sb thik h...(to Kairav) beta aap thik ho naa..dekho hum bahr aa gye...
Aapko mumma chahiye thi naa, jao mumma pas...

KAIRAV:(looking at her) m.mum.ma...m.um.ma...(crying heavily with hiccups)

Naira took him in her arms hugging him tightly...kairav wrapped his legs around her waist, clinging onto her...Manish and akhil held kartik as he was feeling dizzy...

NAIRA:(worriedly) k.kart.tikk... k.ya...h.ua..tu.m...th.ik..ho..n.aa..

AKHIL:(Taking kartik to their car) Naira...beta tum kairav ko bhi le aao...hum ek baar doctor ke pas jaa kr check up kra lete h..

Naira nodded and sat in the car beside kartik...she made kairav sit in her lap and side hugged kartik as he was feeling weak...kartik laid his head on her shoulder...
Naira calmed kairav first as he was crying...

NAIRA:(hugging both kairav and kartik) shh..bss..bss bachaa...aap toh mumma ke strong baby ho naa...kuch nhi hua kairav...Papa ne bcha liya naa aapko...aap kyu ro rhe ho...shh..(kissing his forehead)

KARTIK:(Rubbing kairav's back) shh...bss kairav..mumma papa h naa aapke sath...aap safe ho ab... darne ki zroorat nhi h baby..

Kairav calmed down and naira wiped his tears, kissing his forehead...kairav hugged naira nd kept clinging onto her...naira caressed his hair and looked at kartik, who was snuggling into her neck...

NAIRA:(kissing kartik's forehead) Kartik...tum thik ho naa...kahi chot toh nhi lggi...(caressing his hair)

KARTIK:(wiping her tears) mein thik hu nairu...bss thodi si weakness lgg rhi h...tum plss itni tension mtt lo...hum jaa rhe h naa doctor ke pas..shh...ro kyu rhi ho..
(Caressing her face and wiping her tears)

Naira hugged both kartik and kairav tightly, kissing their foreheads...kartik snuggled more into her and hugged kairav too...
They reached the hospital and manish held kartik, while naira walked in with kairav in her arms
...she felt his body warm as he had fever...The doctor checked both of them...

DOCTOR:(to the goenkas) tension ki koi baat nhi h...kartik bilkul thik h, bss thodi weakness h... mene medicine likh di h..kal tkk vo bilkul thik ho jayenge...aur kairav ko thoda fever h...vo bhi kal tkk thik ho jayega...aap plss phle unhe change kra dijiye...wet clothes jyada der tkk nhi daalne chahiye...

Naira went in and helped kairav and kartik in changing clothes...
They then went to their hotel back to rest...kartik slept due to weakness and kairav was sleeping in naira's lap, hugging her...naira was sitting on the bed hugging kairav and patting kartik's head...swarna came with akshu...

SWARNA:(Making akshu sleep in her crib) Naira akshu so gyi h...ab kuch der tkk nhi uthegi aur mene use dalia bhi khila diya tha...(Naira nodded) Tum thik ho naa beta...plss stress mtt lo..dekhna kairav aur kartik kal tkk bilkul thik ho jayenge...(caressing her hair sitting beside her) aur kal toh  tumhari aur kartik ki anniversary bhi h...itna special day h..(kissing her forehead) Ab tum bhi thodi der rest krlo...dinner ke liye uthane aaungi mein thodi der mei...hn..(side hugging her)

Naira nodded and swarna went...
Kartik woke up in between and made naira lay down on the bed in the centre...he laid kairav on one side of naira and himself slept on the other side...naira hugged both of them tightly, caressing their hair...

KARTIK:(snuggling into her chest) Kuch nhi hua hum dono ko naira...tum plss sad mtt hou...kal hmari anniversary h aur mein nhi chahta ki meri jaan ese udaas rhe...plss bachaa..mtt socho iss baare mei...sojao thodi der..mera baby...(kissing her neck)

Naira nodded and slept hugging both of them...kartik and kairav were all snuggled up into her, looking like cute babies...akshu was also sleeping in her crib...
