Chapter Fifteen

They both laughed and continued their walk to the bar where they'd meet Giovanna just happy to be in each other's company.

Danielle and Andrew walked for about five more minutes before arriving at the bar. Andrew let go of Danielle's arm jogging over to a beautiful brunette who was standing just by the door. He returned to Danielle holding the brunette's hand. Danielle Savre, may I introduce you to Giovanna DeLuca. The two women shook hands and exchanged warm, friendly smiles. "I'm glad I finally get to meet you" the brunette said. "Andrew has recounted your teenage days to me many, many times." "Haha, I'm not so sure that's a good thing" Danielle replied.

The three of them made their way to the bar ordering whisky for Danielle and a beer for Andrew while Gee had a red wine. They also ordered tequila shooters. They drunk those quickly and ordered some more before ending up on the dance floor. The three of them were having the time of their lives, sinking drinks and dancing until they were sweaty and in need of a seat. They found an empty table and sat down. Andrew went to the bar to order more drinks. "So Andrew told me that you left here when you were 16 and ended up in London?" The brunette asked the blonde. "Yeah that's right but not straight away" the blonde replied. "I left here and ended up In Vegas for a few months. I met a guy there and we travelled through Mexico together for a bit but he was a dickhead so I left him and went to Europe. I met another three girls who were backpacking and the four of us made our way through Turkey, Greece, Germany, France and Spain. They were heading to Italy and I decided to go to Ireland. After three weeks hiking round Ireland, I hopped on a ferry to the UK and ended up liking London so I made it my home. I was 19 when I arrived and I still own an apartment there." "That's amazing" the brunette responded. "I love London too. I studied there for a year when I was 18. I'd love to take Andrew there one day. Maybe when we're back living in Italy, it will be easier."

"What are you two talking about?" Andrew asked as he returned from the bar. "London" the two women said in unison before laughing. "You know" Danielle announced. "I have a funny feeling that I may not see my apartment for some time now with my new job. You two are more than welcome to use it for a few weeks before you settle in Italy?" "D, are you serious?" Andrew asked, jumping and hugging his best friend. "Of course Andrew" the blonde smiled. "Think of it as a belated wedding present." "Thank you Danielle" the brunette said as she also hugged her new found friend.

They continued their night, just chatting and playing silly drinking games. They had now been in the bar about 3 hours or so and had finished many, many drinks. Danielle took her phone out to check the time. It read 12:30am. She also noticed a text that she'd received from the Italian beauty back at the hotel.

SS: Hello Bella. Just checking in to make sure you're OK and are enjoying your night?
Delivered 10:55pm

"Shit!" Danielle exclaimed, exclaimed earning a worried look from Andrew and Gee. "D, are you ok?" Andrew asked. "Uh, yeah sorry, I've got a text from Stefania that she sent over an hour and a half ago." She responded with a frown. "Don't worry, D just reply now and say you never heard your phone. I'm sure the likes of Ms Spampinato don't sleep early" He winked. "Yeah, yeah you're right, I'll just reply now."

DS: Sorry beautiful, onky just noticed youkr message, we're in a bar and I never heard myj phone. I'n habing a great nijht though thank yoooou ;)

"Wait, you work for Stefania Spampinato?! Gee screamed. "Uh, yeah I do but only since yesterday" Danielle answered her very excited friend. Giovanna couldn't contain her excitement. "Oh my god, she's my idol. I've followed her career since day 1. She's amazing! She's so bad ass, her achievements are outstanding. And boy is she hot! You're so lucky Danielle. She must love that your family is Italian?" "Uh, actually, she doesn't know that small fact about me yet. Which is quite entertaining because she keeps saying things in Italian thinking I can't understand her" Danielle felt her cheeks blush at the memory of that afternoon. Luckily the bar was dark so neither Andrew or Gee could see that. Just then her phone pinged with another text.

SS: I guess you've had a few drinks? ;) Just be careful Bambina, be safe!
DS: I'll probly be home prety soon. I thinl I need my bed!

"OK one last drink then and I should think about heading back to the hotel. I don't know if I'm needed to drive in the morning or not" Danielle said. "Yeah sounds good D, let's drink them at the bar." Andrew suggested.

SS: Home? Danielle you do know that this is actually just a hotel yes? Hahahaha.
DS: Oh, shuy up! You knoe what i meab!

They finished their drinks and left the bar. Danielle took one step outside and the fresh air hit her. She suddenly lost all control of her limbs. She was struggling to stand up straight never mind walk. "Andrew, I think we should get an Uber and take her back to her hotel, we can't leave her alone" Gee said. "Yeah I agree" he nodded. "She never could handle her drink but I just assumed that was because we were 15!" He laughed

An Uber was there within 5 minutes for them. Luckily Danielle was coherent enough to tell them which hotel she was staying at. They arrived at the hotel and the young couple carried Danielle to her room. Danielle was drunkenly trying to fiddle with the keypad when suddenly the door swung open. "Uh, hi. Sorry if we disturbed you. Danielle is slightly worse for wear." Andrew said to Stefania who was stood in just a crop top and pair of shorts. He was also praying that Gee was going to stay calm at seeing her idol this way. "No you're ok, I was just lying reading. I can take her from here though" Stefania said as she took Danielle's arm from round Andrew's neck. Just as Andrew was about to turn away, Danielle grabbed him and stuck a big sloppy kiss on his cheek. "I love you Andrew, thank you for tonight" She drunkenly announced. She gave Gee the same kiss before saying "don't worry Gee, I won't tell Stefania that you have a big old fashioned teenage crush on her!" Giovanna just stood there like a deer caught in headlights as Andrew burst out laughing. Stefania gave them both an awkward smile before thanking them for making sure Danielle got back safely.

"Ok Bella, let's get you ready for bed shall we?" Stefania asked the blonde currently cuddling in to her side. She walked her over to her own bed and sat her down. Taking the roses from Danielle's grip and placing them in the sink. She decided that she wouldn't attempt to undress Danielle and would instead just take her blazer and shoes off. She managed this fairly easily and laid the blonde down before pulling the duvet tucking her in. Stefania climbed back into her own bed and turned out the light. 5 minutes later she heard the blonde whisper "Stefania?" "Yes Bella?" "I'm too hot, I need you to help me take me clothes off". Stefania sighed and said "well how about we take your jeans off but you keep the T-shirt on yeah?" "Ok, I guess that's fine"

Stefania got back out of bed and pulled the duvet back off the blonde. She slowly undid Danielle's jeans and slid them down her toned, muscular legs. Danielle bucked her hips slightly to make it easier for Stefania. This was almost too much for Stefania as she felt the butterflies swarming in her stomach at the site of the beautiful blonde below her. She threw Danielle's jeans down at the bottom of the bed and turned to walk away when she felt Danielle grab her hand. "Please don't go" the blonde whispered. "Bella, I'm not going anywhere, my bed is literally 3 feet away from you." Stefania chuckled. "No, I... Uh... what I want is... what I mean is, will you sleep here with me & hug me please? I don't feel good and the room won't stop spinning." The blonde said almost childlike. Stefania didn't reply, she just climbed into the bed and wrapped her arms around the younger woman pulling her in close. Danielle laced their fingers together and fell into a deep sleep. The brunette also fell asleep, feeling content in the moment.
