My face was so hot and I felt so thirsty, I know I wasn’t thinking straight but I couldn’t just leave things off with Lidia so bad.

Me and her have been friends forever and I hated the idea of her being mad at me more than anything else, I knew I had to make things right.

I ran up the stairs feeling my legs becoming weaker and weaker. With the mixture of tears, alcohol, and sweat I could feel my body was about to crash but I pushed through.

“Lidia” I cried and slammed myself against the door

It was locked obviously; So I grabbed my spare key Lidia gave me when she first moved in for emergency and unlocked the door.

“Lidia” I called out her name again and started walking to the door feeling my legs become jelly and walking became harder and harder

“I’m sorry, can we talk?” I cried as I walked to her room and heard the water running, I opened the door and saw Lidia in bed with the sheets over her body and looked at me horrified

“Mateo?” Lidia asked shocked and scared to see me

“I’m so sorry” I cried and jumped on the bed next to her and hugged her head

“I love you; and I trust you I promise” I cried out holding her closer

“Okay” Lidia nodded quickly

“It’s just after what happened with Chirstain and how he hurt you and Penny, I get worried” I cried again burying my face in her neck as more and more tears came down my face

“Okay I forgive you” Lidia told me holding the blanket closer to her chest

“I didn’t mean to be clingy or make you think I don’t trust you” I said moving away from her

“Okay I forgive you and I’m sorry too; Please go” Lidia begged me awkwardly

“Okay I’ll...wait...are you naked?” I asked rubbing my head still feeling dizzy from before

“Yes...I was about to hope in the shower but I heard your voice” Lidia told me and I turned to see the showered in her room still going

“Why were you in your bed and not just already in the shower?” I asked her walking to the shower

“NO” Lidia screamed making me stop in my tracks

“I um...I…” Lidia stuttered nervously

“Who's in there?” I asked realizing what’s going on

“Um…” Lidia said as I heard footsteps walking from out of the shower

“Fuck this I’m going inside and getting him damn self” I said and got out of the car as we waited for him for over 10 mintunes

“I’ll come too” Tagoe said and walked behind me

“Me too” Kendrick said and got out too

“If your all leaving I’m driving home” Damien told us

Kendrick said something to him but I walked inside with Tago right behind me since I can easily walk home the rest of the night.

I ran up stairs after stairs; I didn’t really know which number Lidia lived in but I remember she had a potted plant outside her room door so I’m really just betting she was the only one that had a plant.

I turned around and suddenly was face to face with Kendrick and Tagoe was nowhere to be seen.

“Where Tagoe?” I asked him

“I saw him talking to some girl who walked out to grab her cat” Kendrick answered following me

“What about Damien?” I asked while walking scanning each door trying to remember which room could be Lidia’s

“He’s gone but I’ll be good” Kendrick shrugged and followed behind me

“You know you don’t have to be here, You can go home” I told him

“I want to make sure Mateo okay” Kendrick simply said

“Okay” I said nonchalant looking away from him

“What?” Kendrick asked me

“Nothing, Let’s just get Mateo and I can take him home” I told him making sure I put emepzans on the I

“Good because I just want him to be okay, Because we're friends” Kendrick told me

“Okay” I said and suddenly we heard a scream from behind us that sounded like Mateo

Kendrick immediately ran the other way and walked in a room that was opened, I followed behind him and we walked into Lidia’s apartment which I knew for sure was her’s

I walked to Lidia’s room I saw Mateo standing in shock while Kendrick looked more confused and when I saw he was seeing I was also shocked,

“Malcom?” I said loudly out of pure shock
