19. Can't

No ones pov'

"Don't you know how late it is?!" Jisoo shouts at Lisa as Seulgi panics, not knowing what to do to make the other Korean calm down

"I'm sorry," Lisa mutters, looking down at her feet.

"Calm down chu." Seulgi massages Jisoo's shoulders.

Jisoo could just sigh, they were worried sick that something might have happened.

And with the Thai being calm infuriated the Korean even more.

"Let's just go to bed," Jisoo says, walking away to her bedroom.

Seulgi softly smiles at Lisa, not even sure if she could see it since the Thai was staring at the floor.

She then walks off like the other girl.

Unknowingly to her, Lisa did in fact see it. She didn't show it but she was growing guilty.

She just sighs and stretches her body when she realized it was getting late.

It will need a lot of chicken to convince the older Korean girl.

As Lisa woke up the earliest for the first time.

She did her morning routine and went out to buy as many chickens as possible from Jisoo's favorite store.

It was a Sunday, the last day of the weekend before hell starts.

She came back home with hands that were full of red marks from the heavy bags.

As she was placing the bags on the table, a sleepy Jisoo comes out of her room.

But the Korean immediately widens her eyes when she sees the amount of chicken on the counter. The girls stand there, frozen for a while.

Until another sleepy head girl enters the kitchen to prepare herself breakfast.

But instead, she also stood frozen when she saw the chickens on the counter.

Lisa smiles awkwardly, "surprise?"

As Jisoo bit her 13th chicken stick, she hums in satisfaction. Not even lasting a second until she finishes it and starts chewing on the bone, her favorite part.

A frowning Seulgi was sitting next to her, grumpily eating her cereal.

Earlier she tried to get at least a little piece of the fried bits, but it ended with her hand swelling.

Lisa laughs and gives some of the fries she bought for herself from the store.

Seulgi smiles brightly at the Thai before happily devouring the curly fries.

Seulgi now obviously had a favorite from the trio.

"Thank you Lisa-yah," Jisoo says, mouth stuffed.

Lisa just smiles at her before eating again.

The Thai stops eating suddenly then starts staring at her fries.

Jisoo and Seulgi took notice of this quickly.

"What? The side effects of weed?" Jisoo asks, biting her chicken.

"I don't even smoke chu," Lisa said annoyed.

"So what's the problem?" Seulgi asked.

"So Jackson has a new target..."

"Ok...?" Seulgi nods, asking her to proceed.

"Who is -" Lisa starts.

"Kim Jennie?" Jisoo raised her eyebrow at the girl.

"Yeah," Lisa replies, quieter.

"Lisa you know-"

"I know what you guys are going to say. Listen, you can't just expect me to go randomly kill the girl ok?"

"Lisa-"

"Gays, you know I like the girl. I don't think I can do it."

"But Lis, Jackson?" Seulgi tries to convince the girl.

"I know okay! How about you guys? Don't you like Irene or Chaeyoung? What if they find out that the person who killed their best friend is close to-"

"The difference is that we just started talking to them recently, we have been with Jackson for years, Lis." Jisoo sternly says, her dark and cold aura coming out.

Seulgi gives me a warning look to not press the girl's buttons even more.

"Then what should I do? Chu, bear."

"Well, maybe you need a partner?" Seulgi starts.

I watch as the two Koreans suspiciously communicate with their eyes.

"Who?" I question.

"I think you forgot he studies here?" Jisoo asks back.

I furrow my eyebrows at the two gays.

"Hello?" I knock at the door.

I fiddle with my fingers, patiently waiting.

I checked my watch, 1 minute has passed.

I sigh, maybe he's out somewhere? 

I gave up then slowly started walking away.

"Hello Lisa, long time no see."

I stopped in my tracks then turned around, smiling at the man.

"How are you, Taehyung?"
