25. Spilled

No one's pov'

It has been a weeks since the funereal for Yeji, the gossips about her death died down and now everyone was focused on their own lives.

Lisa had read the pages slowly day by day. There was nothing really personal about the diary but she only had read half of the diary.

It was another day, no evidence found in the girl's diary.

Lisa closes the book in defeat, her eyes barely open.

"Shit I need some sleep." Lisa stood up, walking to her small cornered bed.

Lisa flinches and stops in her tracks as she hears a loud thud behind her.

She turns around and sees the open diary on the wood tiles.

She sighs and walks back to retrieve it when something caught her attention.

Her eyes were focused on a sentence, one sentence to be exact.

"Kim Jennie is a monster."

Dear diary,

Every day, every second I feel her watching me. I hadn't had good sleeps for days, weeks, months.

They are following me, she is following me. Everywhere, anytime, I feel her stares. I don't know what she's planning, but im sure not blind to see her figure, always watching slyly.

During break, I saw her. I saw her and a familiar guy with our school uniform on enter a very rich and modern looking building. I thought she was just hooking up with him but not even an hour later, she walked out of the building with a trash bag that looked like a potato sack, she was clearly struggling to carry it. I wanted to check the dumpster where she dumped the huge bag, but I wasn't that dumb.
Next day, a man named Kim Jongin was found dead, he was found in a trash bag with his limbs and legs cut off.

After this incident, I investigated more. Several dead bodies were found in the similar area as where Kai was found. I wish I could report this to the police but I know what she's capable of, she's too powerful.

And you know what's insane, the victims all had ties with one person. Lisa Manoban, I will be honest, I thought she had hired her to do the dirty deeds as no one would suspect a thing. But I damn knew there was much to this story, Lisa is too foolish to do such a thing. That night we met in her dorm, she poin the d a gun at me in defence, I questioned her a lot on why she had a gun in the first place, but what mattered was that she wouldn't have hesitate to push the trigger if I was someone else. She wouldn't make someone do a dirty deed like that.

Jongin and Lisa was the supposed pair until he went missing so they replaced her partner with someone else, one of the other victims, Bobby who was a well known rapper in our school, was supposedly making a project together with Lisa for his music video, but the plan got cancelled.

And now shes targeting me, you know why? Because I am inlove with Lisa Manoban.
And she's obviously inlove with her too, insanely.

I'm afraid of death, just like others. I know my time will come just like the others, but I can't accept the fact that I will no longer be on this earth for too long.

my last time I'll ever write in this diary, I'm even scared if she can see this too...

Lisa felt her chest tighten, was this all true? Did Jennie really kill all those people?

It was almost like a wake up call to the Thai girl, everything was connected, and now that she got some actual confirmation from someone who once was close to her, she can confirm her suspicions.

The Thai girl could only just looked at the now closed diary book bc of the wind out from her window. Her lips apart, she was sure that Jennie was the true killer.

Yeah she's shouldn't be all this confrontational, maybe it wasn't Jennie? Maybe it was someone else who just pointed the evidences at her? But obviously the Thai knew better than listening to her overthinking head, she had to think logically.

All those memories together with Jennie, but also all the memories with the ones who had died because of the woman was filling up in Lisa's head.

Almost like a switch button, Lisa felt nothing for Jennie, except betrayal.
