idk what are WE!?

After a long 45 mins drive, Rudraksh finally stopped the car. Preesha almost fell asleep because he didn't speak a word and neither did he let her speak. He stopped the car suddenly so Preesha woke up. She looked here and there for a while to gain back her senses and turned to Rudra. "Where are we?" she asked. "Look in the front no?" Rudra replied.

Preesha looked to the front. It was Cafe Deluxe, one of the most expensive cafes of Delhi. Preesha looked at Rudra again. "Rudra? We were supposed to go to some other cafe, right? And, the time was 6 p.m right? So, why are we here? What are we doing here?" Rudra tried to calm Preesha down. He said, "Preesha, I couldn't control myself. I was super excited. And, I forgot which cafe you said, so I just booked a table here. And, don't worry, I'll pay the bill."

Preesha couldn't control herself from smiling, Rudra looked so cute while speaking all this, like a kid. Rudra noticed her smiling, "Why are you smiling? Let's GO!!!" Both of them got out of the car, Rudra parked the car and both of them went inside the cafe. Preesha was standing in a corner on the sofa while Rudra asked for the table number. Suddenly, a group of people, young college students probably, came on the counter. "OMG, are you Rudraksh Khurrana? Like, THE ROCKSTAR RUDRAKSH KHURRANA??? Sir, we all are your die hard fans! Can we have a few selfies?" "Sure" he replied. They started clicking photos and Preesha couldn't even see Rudra in the crowd that formed. She noticed Rudra grabbing two of them by their waist (a casual pose, yk; do not misunderstand my boii🥺)

"Bloody bastard" Preesha started off in anger, "At least, have a little bit of courtesy. A girl is waiting here for you, and you are there clicking photos cozily with others. WOW!" Preesha rushed to the reception, and pushing the crowd aside, she could finally see Rudra fully. She grabbed his hand, and took her away. "Thank You, he's had enough pictures. Thank You all!" She took Rudra aside in a corner, and looked at him furiously. "What?" he asked her. "What what?" she started on him, "What were you doing, huh? You are with me or with those girls. If I wouldn't come there, you would've gone with them by now. Why did you go there? For asking the table number, right? So, why didn't you ask it and came back? Or wait, did you even ask the table number? RUDRA!!!" He was just admiring her, looking so cute while complaining.

Rudra: Jealous?

Preesha: What? Why? Why would I be jealous? I was teaching you manners!

Rudra: ahaa, nope! You are jealous. I can see that on your face. Preesha, I went there for asking our seat, but those were my fans. So, if they come, then it is MANNERS to click photos with them, right? I couldn't say no. I'm sorry!

He holds his ears. Preesha smiles at him. 

Preesha: Okay, but where do we sit? 

Rudra: Here! 

Rudra points at the table besides them. He took out the chair for Preesha first, and sits on the other chair. He called the waiter and asked for a cappuccinos and choco chip cookies for himself, and asked Preesha to order. "Same" she said. The waiter went to give the order. Rudraksh said, "I'll be back in a minute." He went from there for a while towards the waiter. Preesha took out her phone and checked it. She suddenly got a call from Dev.

Dev: Hello, Preesha!

Preesha: Hi Dev! Actually, I've come out so I'll call you later. Bye!

Dev: As you say!

Preesha hangs the call. Rudraksh comes back and the waiter behind him. He serves them and goes away. Rudraksh starts munching on his cookies. Preesha starts with the cappuccino first, but she also notices a piece of paper lying there. She picks it up, unfolds it and starts reading. It says "Can we talk?" She looks towards Rudra and smiles. 

Preesha: Rudra? What is this? I'm sitting right here, then why this? You are just so adorable.😚

Rudra: Ha, really? Thank you madam! I wanted to talk to you, but I was nervous so...anyways, first of all, I would like to make things clear, and you have to promise that whatever I'll say and whatever will be your reaction, it won't affect our friendship. I may be dumb, but I don't want to loose you! 

Preesha: Rudra! Go on! Tell me everything...what is it? Can I help you in any way?

Rudra: Yes, Preesha. Only you can help me with this..

Preesha was getting impatient here. She gestured him to speak up.

Rudra: Look, I'll have it straight, I have a crush on you. I...I like you! You make me feel happier, you know, I am so happy with you. I just want to spend time with you, be with you. I don't know why is all this happening but...it is what it is. I know, I should not do this. You already have a boyfriend and you love him, in fact, it's been a few days only since we met, but I felt something between us since the first day, even before I knew you were my best friend's girlfriend's best friend. Preesha, I have been dating a lot of people, but I never took it seriously, but I feel something different with you, you know. I just wanted to clear my feelings...I tried to stop myself when I realized you have a boyfriend, but I couldn't...it is what it is.

Preesha couldn't process whatever she heard. She kept looking at him in shock and confusion for a while. She stomped on the table, stood up, and walked out of the cafe. Rudra got up, and ran after her. He grabbed her hand and took her to a corner.

Rudra: *with a puppy face* Preesha?!

Preesha: QUIET! And, leave me alone! PLEASE! LEAVE ME ALONE!!

Rudra: Preesha but?!

Preesha: I'm going home, please leave me alone!

She immediately went away from him, stopped a taxi and went home. Rudraksh felt sad, in fact guilty and betrayed both, SAD would obviously be an understatement. He felt something breaking inside him for the second time. He almost had tears in his eyes, he tried so hard not to cry but tears fell nevertheless. He wiped them and went inside to pay the bill. He took his car and went home.
