BRUNO'S POV :

I sat down at my red velvet chair, looking down at it I remember how jasmine flirt with me, I smile a little remembering those precious moments

Oh, I miss her

Suddenly I heard people talking, in the kitchen, my eyebrows High as I Slowy walk towards my table, where I can see them with a little bit of wooden I carve so I see my family eating

I peak at it, seeing my two siblings talking to each other, they both seem worried but I didn't want to eardrops about they're conversation but I stopped dead at track when I heard jasmine name

I quickly put my ears to the wooden, wanting to know why are they talking about her

"Jasmine never leave her house since last month" Julietta said worriedly

I gasp quietly, did something happened to her? Is it about me..?

"We've been finding Bruno for a year Julietta, what did you expect? Bruno and jasmine are so close, I wouldn't be surprised when she didn't leave her house" Pepa replied kinda sad about this topic but hide it with a teasing manner

I gulped, Looking at my wooden plate as I remember seeing her sad face in my mind

Oh god.. I didn't mean to- I didn't want her to stay at her house forever, I want her to live her life without worrying about me

I stare at my rats, my two siblings voice's are blurry as I zone out, I didn't even realize I was holding my breath when I heard a squeezing noise from below me

Felipe, Standing in the table as he squeak repeatedly, I look at him as I finally back from reality, I clear my throat as I watch his actions, his tiny hands waving at the air as he said something

"I-i don't know.." I muttered not fully agreeing with him, I actually want to see Jasmine face one last time, but I couldn't take a risk about getting caught

"I- I mean.. it couldn't hurt checking on her,right?" I said laughing nervously as I look at Felipe

I sign heavily and close my eyes "alright, I'll do it" I said smiling slightly as I pat him on the head and open my door to the wooden wall leading to the painting

I take one last look at my place, smiling at Felipe and waving my hand as I leave my place

I headed out as quietly as I can, not wanting any one to hear nor see me, it was past midnight so all of the kids are probably asleep

I took a deep breath and silently knock on the woods with both hands "knock know on the woods" I mumble underneath my breath as I Slowy walk to jasmine house

Seeing the town after 1year felt strange, the cold air blew on my face, and the smelled of fresh air felt so nice, I never actually imagine the peaceful black sky give me so much comfort,and the sounds of animals

The whole town was dark, no one was awake

Finally I was in her house, seeing it was the same, I smile as I quilety went to her window, to my surprise it was wide open
