Chapter 7: Darken and Baji

Kuroo POV

I sat behind Draken's bike. As the speed starts accelerating, I feel the breeze letting my hair flow. I am excited about one thing and that is visiting Draken's house. I knew he was raised in a brothel but because of that he never lets anyone near his room. While I was daydreaming about what his room will look like the bike has stopped moving. 

"We are here, Baji."-Draken said as he got off his bike.

I got off the bike and followed him. We went on up a couple of stairs until I see a mid-aged man receptionist and a few women with clothes showing off a lot of skin. I stood near the door and then came a woman asking me if I was a customer which I declined saying that I was Draken's best friend. She understood and quietly waited for another person to come through the door. 

Draken signaled me to follow him. I pretended not to hear them moaning in the background. Near the end of the hallway, Draken put his hand on the doorknob opening the door. I slowly walked into his room. 

"This used to be a storage room but the receptionist gave me the room, food, and many more. The women who work here also raised me."-Draken

There was a bed, a small clothes rack, a set of dumbells, and two suitcases that looked full of whatever was there. 

"Don't just stand there sit down."-Draken

Draken got me back to my senses and I sat down on the floor. For the rest of the day, I talked to Draken and also played some multiplayer games. I had a fun time. I am just happy that Draken is safe and sound. He is like family to me after all. 

I checked the time. It was already 10'o clock. I told Draken that it is about time for me to go home. Draken just nodded. I followed him out of his room and toward his bike that was parked outside.

"About the tattoo place, I will show you before we go to your house."-Draken 

I agreed and was excited about where Draken got his cool tattoo from. It was 5 minutes away from his place. It was in a huge apartment/store complex. 

"It is on the 4th floor. The first door to your right. I talk to him once in a while so if you say my actual name he might give you a discount."-Draken

"Thanks, Ken. I will tell you if I get a tattoo. Just please be careful from now on. I mean it."

"You better. Mikey said the same thing."-Draken

I wasn't shocked. I know how much Mikey cares and loves Draken just like me. Their relationship is inseparable. After a silent ride home, I thanked Draken and grabbed something to eat. I then trotted up the stair to my room. I did the rest of my homework that I didn't do during class while eating my cup noodles. I did my daily push-ups, sit-ups, and other exercises that I could think of.

I heard a dig from my phone. It was from Kenma. I opened it to see the text message. 

Kitten: Hey Kuroo. I know you were back from the bike sounds. Could you help me beat this boss that is taking me a week to beat tomorrow during lunch? 

Silky Kitten: Sure. I might be able to beat it for me. Give me your PSP tomorrow.    

Kitten: Are you going to steal my PSP? 

Silky Kitten: Why would I do that when I know you will kill me to get it back?

Kitten: Good point.

After I finished texting Kenma. I packed my backpack and charged my phone on my bed stand. I dove into my bed and quickly fell asleep. 

Author POV

The next morning Kuroo had difficulty waking Kenma up. As a result, they had to run to school before they were late. Why didn't they take Kuroo's bike would be forever unknown. Kuroo eventually was able to beat the boss before the bell rang while Kenma was pouting because Kuroo defeated the boss with ease. 

Volleyball practice was coming to an end. While Kuroo and the others cleaned after themselves everyone went to their respected places which were their home sweet home. Kuroo dropped Kenma off. He then met with Chifuyu asking if he wanted to get a tattoo this week. Chifuyu agreed and asked what design both of them should get. After a ton of brainstorming, they came up with a perfect idea. Kuroo wanted some re-pierce his ears and lip. 

Timeskip to a week 

Chifuyu POV

Today Baji-san and I are getting our matching tattoos. I am so excited! Baji-san texted me during school that he would pick me up. While I was waiting for my ride, I scrolled through Instagram. I heard Baji-san's bike from a distance so I got out of my position and calmly waited. I saw an amazingly fashioned Baji-san waving his hand at me. Baji-san and I talked until we reached our destination. 

I got off the bike and ran toward the door. Baji-san did the same thing. In the end, I won the race because I got a head start. Both of us got to the elevator. Baji-san pressed the button. I followed Baji-san the rest of the way. 

We saw this heavily tattooed guy with a bunch of piercings. He was doing someone else's tattoo so we just waited near the entrance. After he was done, Baji-san spoke to the guy until his face lit up. Apparently, he was a good friend of Draken's. He was nice enough to give a discount. 

Baji-san told the person the specifics. He told Baji-san to get in the chair. I just hear the noise in the background while Baji-san hissed in pain. He gave me a reassuring smile because I got nervous. 

I sat on the same chair to get my tattoo. It was quite painful but I am used to fighting off the pain. Baji-san and I looked at each other's tattoos and smiled. It was worth the pain.

Baji-san asked if the guy does piercings too. The guy said of course. I was waiting for Baji-san to finish. We both thanked the man before we paid the money. We were both satisfied. Baji-san wanted to buy near earrings so I agreed to go with him. 

Some of the earrings he got were a similar ring-like earring that had the same design as Mitsuya's rings, a small chain-like earring, a long triangle earring, and some others. 

Baji-san and I parted our ways. I was smiling ear to ear when I was home. I was so happy that I skipped around my room in joy.
