⚠️Trigger Warnings:
Abuse, $u!c!dal Thoughts, Blood, Mention of Torture⚠️Hydra Base Torture Room
He was here once again. In this same dreaded room that never changed. Ever. It always had the same dry blood stains splattered against the walls, more appearing each and everytime he was brought here. Other peoples blood stains were slowly being outnumbered by his own. Covered by his own. His blood was changing the colour of the walls as they spilled more and more. It was as if he was a tap, but spilling blood not water. There was always a cold breeze lingering about and sending horrible shivers down Steve's spine. But that wasn't the only thing that made shivers inch down his boney spine.
His father made him shiver. People made him shiver. His nightmares did the same. He wished they'd just get it over with but then again why would they? His suffering was fun for them and he was just some toy they cut open and stitched back together just to open it back up again. He felt like a ragdoll. He wasn't a human to them. He didn't have a heartbeat just like them. Why did this have to be his life? Why were people so cold-hearted? Was he ever going to meet someone who wasn't? Someone who cared?
He was pulled out of his thoughts when he felt a knee hit him straight in the gut, the word 'no' echoing around his head. No. He would never meet someone who wasn't cold-hearted or someone who cared. This was just his life now. His father laughed loudly and he gulped. Judging by that laugh Steve had most likely let out a sound of pain. He glanced at his face. His father's horrible nasty face. That he'd never seen smile. His large hands were curled around Steve's dirty white shirt and that's when he realised he was being held against one of the walls. The bricks were pointy and he was sure, from the force he was being pushed against it with, it would definitely leave marks.
Avengers Tower
Tony woke up with a yawn and glanced at the time groggily, as he read it he suddenly felt very awake and groaned, feeling annoyed but fresh at the same time. He got up out of his bed and showered, changing out of the clothes he slept in, sorting out his messy, brunette hair and smiling into the mirror of his bathroom as he brushed his teeth, feeling much more happier and grateful for his friends. What did he do to deserve them?
He walked down the stairs while talking to Jarvis and waved at everyone who was awake. Which was Bruce, Bucky, Clint and Nat. He took some of the leftover coffee and then escaped from the room before they were able to try to force him into eating. Which they would have managed to do if they weren't so focused on the fact that Thor had expertly fallen asleep so half his body was hanging off the couch and one of his eyes were opened. "Asgardians man" Clint had muttered while Tony had snuck into the kitchen for the coffee. They had broke into laughter at the right moment so he was able to sneak down to the lab, his second home.
Hydra Base Torture Room
Steve was thrown to the floor harshly and winced from the pain. Keeping his head down because his dad hated it when he was looking into his eyes. He lifted his head up a little but not in the direction of his father. He gulped as he watched James get closer to him with a big smirk on his face, grabbing him by his hair and beginning to drag him along the room. He bit onto his lip to hold back any pained sounds, not wanting them to get pleasure out of this.
James dragged him to the foot of a metal chair that was always in the room. The room. It was a large space, black walls splattered with dried blood, the bricks were pointy and had a rough texture. Along one side were a load of shelves and ontop of those shelves were knives and many other tools they could use. Slumped underneath the shelves were a few skeletons, people who had been here before. A long time before. He felt bad for them. But relieved they had finally been able to escape from this dreaded life. He hoped they were doing good in the afterlife. In the far corner there was a few metal beds, not even beds. Just frames. Metal frames. With straps for the arms and legs.
And more skeletons. Steve wanted to be one of them and escape too but at the same time he didn't. He'd become his father's favorite. Meaning others didn't get hurt as much. If he went they'd get hurt alot more. His mind was all over the place. On the opposite wall of the room there was metal pole which came out from the wall, horizontally pointing towards the wall with the shelves and around the edge of the pole there was a rope tied in a hangman's knot, a stool underneath. Even more skeletons. Beside that there were a few sets of cuffs hanging on rusty nails. And then there was some more ropes and then there was a board with nails poking out from it. That made him wince in horror. Then it was back to the shelves and around again. In the middle of the room there was the metal chair, that he was just dragged infront of, also with straps for the arms and legs. And to finish it off there was a bunch of agents around him and of course, his father.
Speaking of the devil, His father lifted him up and shoved him into the chair, strapping him to it very tightly. The tightness was probably also going to leave marks but that was the least of his problems. In the blink of an eye and one of those horrific commands, his father had a knife in his hand, Steve gulped and braced himself for what was to come. Watching his father's smirk grow wider as Steve's feeling of fear grew bigger. Someone save me. That's what his head was screaming but it was hopeless. Who was there to save him? No one. He knew that in his heart but he screamed those same words in his head anyways. He was falling deeper and deeper into the pit of darkness and the small light of the outside world was disappearing.
