Yusha's pov
There was word that the Avatar has returned. It won't be long before we come out of hiding. I stepped onto the balcony, my smile fading as I stared down the stairs at the palace soldiers.
Azula stood in front of them, her usual evil grin on her face. She came to an halt in front of me, her smirk widened in an attempt to intimidate me, but I maintained my usual unbothered expression.
"How are you doing, Yusha?" She inquired, picking at her nails as if she cared. I rolled my eyes and took a step closer to her. "Oh, I'm perfectly fine. We've heard that the Avatar has returned, which means we won't be imprisoned for much longer." I said, with a mocking smile.
She became enraged and thrust her slum finger into my chest. "When I capture the Avatar, I will hand him over to my Father! And you'll be facing the FUTURE FIRE LORD. SO, PEASANT, YOU WILL LEARN TO RESPECT ME!!" She was beyond angry, a fiery hand is raised to my face.
I smacked her hand away from my face quickly, and she looked stunned by the disrespect. "Let's get something straight, Azula. You don't frighten me, you never have. YOU AND YOUR FATHER, AS WELL AS EVERYONE WHO HAS CAUSED HARM TO THIS WORLD, WILL PAY THE ULTIMATE PRICE. I will never bow down to you. I believe we both know who holds the power here, and it's not YOU! I'm not the same LITTLE GIRL I was when your Father came to THREATENED US!"
I grabbed her by the shirt, and the guards charged, but Azula motioned for them to stand down. She glared at me, but her whole body shook with fear. "You'll be the first person I feed to kaida." Venomously, I said.
I let go of her shirt and before she could react, I fire bended a big ball of fire, and pushed her and the guards down the steps. I stood there watching them groan on the ground. And as I turned to walk into the house, Ahri, who was glaring down at them, extended her hand to assist me. "Don't worry; their time will come." I told her. She gave a nod and shut the door behind us.
