Fee couldn't help but be amazed by Eren's titan and Reiner's titan fighting, she was glad that she was able to see the progress of his combat skills.
"This is amusing," Fee said as if the atmosphere wasn't tense.
"I agree," Lola said smiling and passed some thunder spears to Fee and the person next to them. Fee turned around to see someone she wasn't expecting.
"Jean?" Fee's eyes widened as she saw the familiar blonde hair beside her and Lola. "Why are you- you're suppose to be over there!" she exclaimed, pointing towards where Armin and the others were, farther out of Bertholdt's reach.
"Well this is our finally and last chance to negotiate!" he said to her and immediately fired his ODM gear away from her. Fee's eyes widened as her expression became dumbfounded. Lola let out a teasing chuckle and clicked her tongue before taking off with Hange towards the two titans.
"Jean" She shouted but Jean didn't even look back at her.
"Ah, a rebel kid- you must've taught him something good if you know what I mean." Hange teased, wiggling her eyebrows while nudging her with her elbow. Fee tapped her elbow away and went a little sideways to make a perfect distance that was safe from Hange.
"Shut up!" Fee growled while Hange only laughed.
Fee sighed as she removed her grip on her thunder spears and brought out her blades, she noticed Mikasa nearing her waiting for a signal which Fee nodded, Mikasa instantly glided through the air with Bertholdt's back facing her.
"Bold of you to assume I would let you touch a hand on my man." Fee spat coldly, her eyes ablaze causing Bertholdt's eyes to widen as he turned as he brought his blades up. Fee smirked as she noticed his trembling hands were hesitant with his moves from the sight of her.
"Fee!" Jean blurted out.
Fee wasn't surprised at how Bertholdt moved, this kid was trained after all.
Fee dodged his attacks as if it were the easiest thing in the world that she could do in her sleep. She chopped off a little portion of his arm, the skin flew into the air. He started to scream in pain causing Fee to stumble in her movements.
"Did he just moan?" Fee thought outloud with a sigh as she rolled away from him.
Lola immediately noticed an opening Fee left for her. As Bertholdt stood, Lola swung her arm to gain momentum aiming for his head but Bertholdt's reaction time wasn't enough as she cut off his ears. Bertholdt winced but swung his leg, kicking Lola in the side.
She then fell sideways like Fee but Fee was able to catch her.
"Lola!" Eren cried out.
Fuck. Fee cursed and stood up, bringing Lola to her feet and grabbing her blades immediately. They fastened their movements with the gas of their gear. Once they were about to cross slash him together, he took a step back and flew away from them. Fee was taken aback, but once she saw the glint in Bertholdt's eyes as Eren and Lola tried to follow him, she immediately restrained them by stretching both of her arms.
"GET DOWN!" Fee yelled as she pushed Lola into a ditch in the alleyway.
Everything felt in slow motion when Bertholdt released a bolt of energy to blow the place up. Lola noticed Fee was still in the street as her eyes widened, her hand unintentionally reaching out to her, tears starting to form her eyes as Fee gave her one last smile. Hange was on the top of one of the house roofs next to Sasha with her arms out, smiling to herself one last time. Jean immediately hugged Connie as they were behind a wall, unprotected to say the least.
