This campus is absolutely beautiful. It's like a large castle but the largest anyone has ever seen. Inside is vintage decor with modern cleanliness and lighting. Not too many pieces of technology from what I've seen so far. Outside is green and gorgeous like a Spring day. There's a tingle in the air that's warm and makes me want to smile. This is going to be a unique place to learn.

I even saw some other students on my exploration of the campus. A group was hanging out under a tree: one of them floating on their back leisurely, a few feet off the ground, one seemingly had color changing hair, and another was reading a book at speeds I had never seen before. As foreign as it was for me to see something like that, it seemed like it was just a normal day for them. This magical world is going to keep surprising me everyday, I'm sure. I am glad Joey's going to be here to help me along the way and, hopefully, make sure I don't die of shock and disbelief one day.

I wish my younger sister, Olive, could be here to see all of this. Maybe she'll get powers too, since I appear to have them. That way, she can experience all of this too. They've already informed me that people without abilities aren't allowed to know about Erichton's, let alone visit. My Mom has a special exception because of her relationship to both James and me. It sucks that I have to keep this from my only sister, but I understand why it's important I don't break that rule. Nevertheless, it's time I head back towards the dorm to meet up with Joey, orientation starts in 30 minutes and I've no idea how long the walk is, plus I want to get there early. I am my mother's daughter after all.

On my way back to the room, I see someone sitting on a bench with their eyes rolled to the back of their head. I am walking over to check on them when they sit up straight abruptly, their eyes coming back to the front of their head. I ask, "Are you okay? Looked like you were knocked out for a second there."

"Oh yeah. I'm fine, I just wanted to check on my baby brother. It's the first day I haven't picked him up from school all year. My name is Divine. What's yours?"

"I'm Athena. How were you checking on your baby brother? It didn't look like you were on the phone?"

"Oh. Yeah sorry, I don't look like most seers do when I use my power. I can't see the future yet, I hope to push for that here. But I can see the present and check in on people or places. That's what I was using to see my brother."

"I'm sorry, you can see anyone in the world? That's amazing. I'm kind of new to this whole powers arena, so I guess I didn't really think about what kinds of other powers people might have. I'm heading to grab my roommate before going to the start of orientation, do you want to come with us?"

A/N: As promised, another chapter. I'm working on Fifteen now which will include orientation. Thank you all for your kindness!
